Achei o café da manhã bem completo e a localização muito boa.

Cons:

Achei o quarto apertado, a ducha ela fica no teto, no centro do espaço do box, achei ruim. Mas tudo funciona bem, camas limpas e a ducha é boa.

Maravilhoso.
Pros:

Reservei esse hotel pois ficava próximo da Igreja Lagoinha Matriz e do centro de BH. Além do conforto e do atendimento, a limpeza do hotel e do quarto eram impecáveis. Chuveiro a gás, cama, frigobar, amenities maravilhosos.

Cons:

Pedi leite sem lactose devido eu ser intolerante antes de reservar o quarto do qual fiquei hospedada e no momento de check in também, porém nos dias em que fiquei hospedada (eu pedindo todos os dias), informaram que não tinha, o que me deixou um pouco chateada devido a falta de organização do espaço.
