After four years, I decided to stay again in Langfang Sheraton Chaobai River Hotel - all staff friendly and motivated - Chinese restaurant on ground floor was very delicious for dinner - as an Envoy Gold Elite , I got an upgrade to the executive floor 20th floor which however is not really extraordinary. Gym starts ageing and may need a lift up.

Great place welcoming cyclists

We are a group of 23 travellers from Malaysia. We had the worst experience at the hotel with no air conditioning. The room temperature ranges from 27 to 34 celsius and some of us requested to change room. However, it doesn't help at all. We also tried requesting for fan but at no avail. The room was very hot to stay in but there was nothing we could do about it since we already paid and we had to catch an early flight the next morning. We left at 5am. Seems like it was a recurring event with no air conditioning.

Location is near to factories.
Breakfast is good

Stayed only one night as the hotel location is close to one of our factories. In general: nice rooms - quite big gym - breakfast choice rather limited for a Sheraton hotel - service friendly and professional

We spent three nights in this hotel. Our room was at 27 degrees the entire time and the staff could do nothing to fix it. We where not the only ones, they did give us a fan for our rooms. To add to it the breakfast which they served was cold every morning and the lack of coffee made it worse. We talked to the staff which tried there best but for the management it feel on deaf ears. It is a beautiful hotel but is an hour away from Beijing and the airport is even further. I would not recommend this Sheraton at all and we have stayed at a lot of different Sheraton it doesn't even come up to its standards.

I went in for dinner on a Friday night at 8pm. the place was EMPTY, and yet, the device was bad. Had to flag down three different waiters throughout the evening to get things ordered. Could not get a cocktail at the table so I walked to the bar off the lobby where there was an inexperienced person doing liquor inventory. He had to go get ice......and the it took three shots to make a normal "size" martini -VERY EXPENSIVE. 261rmb. There was NO garnish available, no olive. I had to go back again for a second one, and there was NO ONE THERE. I went to the front desk, they got someone. This is crazy! This is not why I go out to eat, so that I have track down food and drink.

I have enjoyed two nights here for a local show. Staff was speaking English fluently and cooperated to get receipts from local taxi drivers (which here looks not so oriented in doping them).

A minor misunderstanding at the restaurant. I have ordered a plate of pasta...and I have got it but with a different recipe. It was well cooked and tasty, so no claim on my side.

After a day long trip and the time when you step into this hotel, literally you find heaven on earth.

we are amazed by the straight well lit drive way leading to the hotel door, the lofty lobby and the interior décor in a subtle tone. Dinner dishes are well presented and taste great. All along we are accompanied by live Chinese music play whole heartedly by three beautiful ladies.

Room is very spacious and true to their advertisement, the bed makes you feel that you are sleeping on the cloud floating in the sky. The hotel is very attentive to guest's need. We had a clogged bathing unit, and within five minute of our call, a technician answered at your door and have the problem fixed in no time, including changing the shower head for us. Like!!

The hotel is in the Hebei Province on edge of the outer ring of Beijing. Amble time should be allowed if you are heading back to the heart of Beijing or to the international airport.

酒店旁边就是公园，周边很清净，适合自驾来游玩的。设施齐备，房间舒适。只是赶上去国庆假期，人员爆满，前台有些手忙脚乱。总体非常不错的酒店。

No gym, no air conditioning, no-one around, no buffet breakfast (understandable as only 10 people on the breakfast tick list)

I stayed in a brand new Ramada once in Ekaterinburg, Russia. Same issues no ym no aircon poor breakfast.....stay in an established hotel in Beijing not this one.

I should have stayed in the Beijing City Wall Marritott where I just checked out.
