We had a very comfortable room, convenient to downtown. The manager's lovely manner was a plus!
Pros:

I loved the spacious room (#1). Loved the proximity to downtown and the shops. The manager was lovely and welcoming. It was especially nice that we were able to check in earlier than 4:00 pm as we had been traveling and needed to rest before the evening's event.

Cons:

I would suggest installing a full length mirror.

The directions for parking were confusing. We were looking for the parking across the road from the highway as noted but it was actually on the same street. That “road” the hotel is on should be explained that it’s not actually a road.

Pros:

Location was excellent, amenities were great, bed was very comfortable, staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, binder in the room offered info regarding local sites, restaurants and TV station guide, views from the room were beautiful.

Pros:

The room was nice and spacious. My only concerns were that I don’t recall being made aware at time of booking that all rooms were on 2nd floor with no elevator, also that the tile in our bathroom floor was very slippery. The desk agent acknowledged this and said it varies by room.
