City Bay Hotel

Average hotel. Nothing much to complaint except a moldy smell in the room due to the room being empty for a while. Near to Vincom Centre and wet market is a plus.

한산하고 사람이 적어서 좋았습니다. 특별한 점은 없었으나 방이 깨끗하다는 느낌이 들어서 기분이 좋았습니다.

設備は標準的かとは思いますが、スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしいです。
英語もあまり得意でない私たちのために、フロントの方は一生懸命にいろんなことを説明してくれましたし、設備の不備や、使い方がわからないときはすぐに来て対応してくれました。
掃除もとても丁寧でした。
一点気になるのは、歯ブラシセットやタオルは無料のものと有料のものが両方置いてあり、ちょっと邪魔だなぁと思いました。
また、有料のコーヒーセットやカップ麺、お菓子などもおいてあるのでちょっと邪魔でした。
とはいえ、ハロン湾ツアーやハノイへの送迎手配もありましたので、便利でした。
立地も地元のマーケットのすぐ隣、少し歩いたところに大型のショッピングモールがあり、スーパーやレストランもあって、とても便利でした。
また、こちらに来ることがあれば利用したいと思います。

Good hotel, great price but a short taxi ride away from the tourist area with the bars ect.

Fick en uppgradering utan att behöva betala någonting! Jättetrevliga och fick t.om. En lite present när vi checkade ut. Definitivt att rekommendera!!

泊まった部屋のシャワーが水しか出ず、その日はとても寒かったのでとても大変でした。
その他の設備は最低限に備えられており、フリーwi-fiも設置されていました。
ただ、フロントの方は英語が全く通じませんでした。

Very clean spacious room in a quiet but central location. Hotel owners very considerate and very helpful. Would recommend.

Vi stannade tre nätter och är överlag nöjda, minus är att personalen inte kan många ord engelska, vilket kan ställa till det en del.

Good hotel room, everything was exellent. Comfort was very good, as well as the hotel facilities.
However, the personal in the reception did not speak English at all. Also- since we had a room with a window - it would be better if we didn't look right into the neighbors house. There was also always an bad smell in the room.

This room was affordable with basic amenities. Good for a short stay while traveling through Halong Bay.

hotel is clean, big rooms and very comfortable.

Stayed here for 1 night and was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in the 3* City Bay Palace not the 2* city bay (both part of the same company and within a stones throw of eachother).

Room was very modern with nice bathroom, air con, double bed that was actually comfortable and a Tv that allowed me to watch the sport at 3 in the morning (with the english time difference) without having to leave the hotel!

My only qualms would be that the staff do not speak very good english at all which is surprising for a hotel that seems quite classy and also the hotel restaurant food wasnt great so would reccomend going out to eat.

Other than that it was very nice. Just make sure its the City Bay Palace and NOT the City Bay Hotel as i understand it is considerably inferior(through other reviews not personal experience).

It was easy access to reach the cruises at ha long bay

Unfortunately I was sick the entire time I stayed here so I was confined to my room, luckily the bed was very comfortable, and the room itself was beautiful. The location was good, and there were lots of shops around for me to buy medicine and juice and such, but I had no view out my window other than a concrete waterfall. Because I was sick, I ate in the hotel a lot and the food selection was poor, room service was terrible, I had to walk down to the restaurant to order as no one was answering the phone. Food service was fast, but the food just ok.

Hotel complet a notre arrive suite a une confusion entre l hotel City bay palace et City Bay. La reservation a ete faite pour un hotel 3 etoiles qui au final était pour un 2 etoiles et qui et qui était complet. La receptionniste semblait être au courant car a l arrivee on a eu le choix de renoncer a la reservation ou d'acceper une chambre dans un autre hotel a cote du local des femmes de menage sans fenêtre. A 20H on ne pouvait qu'accepter la proposition, au final réveil par le bruit des 6 h du matin.
