Pros:

Loved the room which was comfortable, clean and updated. The hallway carpet and stairs were quite dirty so we were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was.

Pros:

What an awesome experience.. staff were friendly helpful & a smile 🙏 very rare these days. No cleaning staff as they had finished for the day on our arrival. Cleanliness of our rm was spot on ..overall the whole place was & felt clean. Location spot on, all u would want to go to was jst down the road. Heaps of parking bays. Didn’t go to the restaurant but I’m sure that wouldn’t disappoint me. Would definitely recommend & stay at the Swan River Hotel again.

It was good great to catch up with family after 30 yrs
Pros:

Breakfast not supple in payment, and to supply own food,cleaning staff friendly and helpful as I am disabled , it was hard to get down the slopes in my wheel chair, my sister came everyday to collect me. The room very spacious, easy for me to move around in wheelchair. also bathroom.

Cons:

For a disabled person a lower ground floor would of be better and easier to manoeuvre around the facility without relying on others.

Good value for money and an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Good location near the airport. Restaurant and bar available within the premises which made it convenient for our late travel. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.

It was dead and has seen better days. Parts of it were dirty and unused

It was fine and suited our purpose well. It didn't quite live up to the images online.
Pros:

The room was a really good size. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The whole facility looks newly built however the construction quality did not seem very high. The carpets in the halls had many stains on them, The swipe card locks especially at the gym didn't work very well.

Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was comfortable and the location was good.

Cons:

The property is starting to show its age. Some areas are looking a little tired and rundown and could really benefit from a facelift and some updating. We also found the restaurant to be very expensive, which detracted from the overall value for money.
