Cons:

The condition of the room indicated a lack of proper maintenance. While I recognize that it was Easter and the kitchen facilities were not in operation, the level of customer service did not meet our expectations. Furthermore, the only available utensils were plastic spoons, which necessitated my departure to procure essential items from the office. Additionally, although coffee and tea were supplied, there was a noticeable absence of milk.

Pros:

The rooms were large, with comfortable beds and very clean!

Cons:

The only downfall was the TV's were not smart TV's and we were keen to watch the footy, but couldn't login to our Kayo account.
