Sukhothai Hotel and Residence

Upon check-in, they insisted we were at the wrong hotel as they couldn't locate our reservation. We had to provide evidence of our reservation to confirm that we were indeed at the correct hotel.

shower has no warm/hot option

Very far from city center! So too costly to stay! But overall okay!

I asked for two more towels twice. The second time I made the request the young man apologized and said he forgot. Then he forgot again. Never got more towels. The restaurant overcharged me on the 20 baht omelet. They charged me 100 baht. When I complained they told me the omelet was for one egg and they gave me three eggs. The menu never spelled this out. They did nothing about the complaint and now they have a bad review.

旁邊有三間超商，蠻方便的地方，還有菜市場可以逛逛，對面有麥當勞，換泰幣的地方在下一個捷運站，坐計程車也方便，服務人員都蠻客氣的，只是早餐單調了點，下次還會再度住宿

I was here 5 years ago and it was so much better than now. The rooms were very down graded for I dont know why, it should be improved as to be as it was when firstly opened, during that time the rooms were 5 star but now as of today I give 2.5 star.

when i checked in i was presented with a defective room central aircon at room 812, it was not cooling at all after an hour, then i requested for a electrical adaptor due to diff country electrical requirement and needed badly to charge my phone, but was told that other people have borrow it and i can buy myself at 7 eleven and who knows where for a foreigner in a non english speaking area.
i wasted 2 hours after check in to sort out the room issues.
The internet speed in the room was ok but it keeps on getting disconnected after an hour.
The breakfast was cold, no proper food warming in place to enjoy the breakfast.
I will not recommend people to stay as it was a bad experience for me, not worth the money at all.

I booked doubled bed but when i arrived they said it was not available .

Will not book into this hotel anymore. Breakfast sucks. Wifi sucks.

Wifi connection is very bad.

Basically was ok but disappointed with NO wifi or free wifi access. Very bad connectivity even at main lobby. Total no connection in any rooms. Stated with free wifi all room but not even a star even. Breakfast was really bad for the hotel standard.

Price-wise, really worth it. Room was equipped with kitchen, balcony and rather big bathroom. Was not expecting that. (: However, room had abit of a musty smell.

i booked 2 night. and checked in night time. after check - in i have to go 2 times front dest to change hotel room card key. i booked suit room. it is totally different with site photo. next day after i wake up opened curtain i can see a lot of dust on floor. it was amazing. inside toilet no have tooth brush. anyway i been to restaurant to have breakfast. no body inside and no body prepare my breakfast.i complained them, then front desk told me wait me around 10 min. what they can prepare within 10 min. i so much regret that paid breakfast. finlly i didnt have breakfast the 2 days. also around hotel also durty. i am sorry to write down here my experience. but it is true.

Great location for visa runs. Big cheap room. But in midst of renovation. Friendly and helpful hotel staff

The bathroom only had bathtub design, so I had to stand on the bathtub for shower.
The drainage for the bathroom is too far or too high, water cannot be drained properly.

The bed were shacked at midnight. First night in my room, second night in my friend room.

They could not find my reservation in their records, even with my printout of the booking confirmation.
Luckily they checked me in to a room, after an hour of waiting, while they continue to locate my reservation.
But late in the night, was told that they could not find my reservation and i had to pay for the room again. Told them i will do it the next morning.
They finally found my reservation the next day but was not sure whether the room came with breakfast.
Location is not great either, literally between two MRT stations, so at least a 10-15 minutes walk either way.
Nearest convenience store is also 10-15 minutes walk away.
Breakfast was not great either.
Had to personally relocate the sofa and TV, in order to be able to watch TV from the sofa.
Room did not have universal power socket nor provide adaptors for guests.
Will NOT stay there again
