1)- Poor service
2)- Small room. I paid for triple room. After the 3rd bed, there is no space to keep the luggages and walk. Very very small room.
3)- when on the light in the bathroom, the other side of the room get light/brightness. Due to the glass wall or similar to that.
4)- being a hotelier, I felt that staffs are not fully understand what their rolls are and how to deal with the guests. They seems not authentic.
5)- not value for the money I paid.

We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Red Colombo and were truly impressed by the exceptional level of service throughout our visit. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.
A special mention goes to Lahiru, whose outstanding service and attention to detail made a lasting impression on us. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always checking in with a smile and making us feel genuinely cared for. His dedication, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect the very best of Cinnamon Red’s hospitality.
The hotel itself is fantastic, with great facilities, a comfortable atmosphere, and an excellent location. Experiences like this are what make guests want to return. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Lahiru, and Malindu for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back again.

A wonderful and a fantastic experience!
Pros:

We went for the fathers day dinner buffet and we had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent with good variation of items in the menu and each dish was unique and tasty. The ambience was nice with good music. Our server, Anthony was quick and very polite and the service was good overall. We spoke to the head chef Ajith and realized his intention was to provide tasty food with a broad variation to his customers.

Comfortable and great staff
Pros:

Abi did an awesome job making milk hoppers! It was so good!

Anas was very helpful and got me a nice cup of masala chai!

Lahiru was exceptional in making sure my room was well equipped!

Cons:

I accidentally booked and paid for a stay with breakfast included for two guests, even though I was traveling alone. After realizing the mistake, I contacted the hotel and asked whether it would be possible to receive a partial refund for the unused breakfasts or transfer their value to a dinner instead.

Unfortunately, the manager was unwilling to offer any alternative or compensation. I made several attempts to discuss the situation and find a reasonable solution, but all my requests were declined.

This situation left an unpleasant impression on my stay, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.
