Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, le personnel était très attentionné, les chambres étaient spacieuses avec une très belle vue sur la Lotus Tower

On a pris le dîner au restaurant, c’est un buffet qu’on a pas trouvé super mais il y avait une grande quantité de choix

From desk and other staff is not friendly at all. They don’t value customers who visit regularly. Whatver the request make from our end response is NO. Sri Lanka is know for hospitality but Cinnamon Red experience is awful. No more visits

Highly recommend to anyone visiting for work or play.
Pros:

Loved the location - an easy walk to the park and National Museum and within walking distance of Galle Face hotel and the green. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with ample space and amenities. And the bed extremely comfortable. The views over the city and to the ocean were impressive and the shower fabulous.

A wonderful and relaxing stay
Pros:

Overall, it was a really lovely stay. The breakfast had a good selection, the infinity pool was especially nice in the evening, and I really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Everything came together to make the stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.
