Top notch accommodation in Colombo
Pros:

Wonderful place.
Great facilities and location, and the staff were amazing.
Rooftop pool was great.

My booking was from 21st to 26th Feb. But unfortunately I had to leave on 24th. I fully paid advance cash in USD for 5 days, but checkout after 3 days. Requested refund for two days. But declined.

Lahkusime hotellist hommikul vara ja seetõttu hommikusööki ei kasutanud. See ei sisaldunud ka toa hinnas vaid sai eraldi juurde osta.

Cons:

Õhtusöögina kasutatud buffee restoran oli äärmiselt kohmaka teenindusega, kohati jäi mulje, et teenindajad ei saa oma töö ülesannetest aru. Toit ise maitses hästi aga siiski eelistaksin teinekord väljaspool seda hotelli süüa.

Cinnamon Red is a good stop
Pros:

Good location in a heart of a city, clean and well maintained room, friendly staff and very good service.
Rooftop bar and pool are worth extra compliments, sunset over ocean from a pool is amazing.
Best regards to Sachin, Gayan, Jayathu and Durka for their amazing service.
Colombo worth visiting, Cinnamon Red worth to stay at.

Pratique commerciale inacceptable
Cons:

Être débiter de ma carte de crédit deux fois dont une avant mon arrivée alors qu'aucun paiement n'était requis avant l'enregistrement. Pratique inacceptable. Plus de 48 heures après ce débit l'argent ne m'a toujours pas été recredité

If not for the construction and noise I would have given it 10/10.
Pros:

Bed were really comfortable and breakfast buffet was delicious

Modern property and great stuff
Pros:

The hotel is very modern and the room was very spacious! The breakfast was great as we could try diffrent kind of dishes. Great stuff as we arrived very early in the morning and Dilini made extra effort to check in us earlier!

Pobyt v tomto hotelu byl pro mě i mou dceru naprosto skvělým zážitkem. Od prvního momentu jsme se cítili velmi vítáni a v naprostém bezpečí, což pro mě bylo při cestování s dcerou klíčové.

​Personál: Všichni, se kterými jsme se setkali, byli neuvěřitelně milí a přátelští. Ať už šlo o recepci, kde nám vždy ochotně poradili, nebo o obsluhu v restauraci, jejich úsměv a profesionalita nám každý den zpříjemňovaly pobyt.
​Gastronomie: Jídlo v hotelu je vynikající.
​Čistota a bezpečí: Hotel je velmi čistý, udržovaný a působí velmi bezpečným dojmem. Je to klidné místo, kde si člověk opravdu odpočine.
