Pros:

The hotel refuted our booking when we arrived, and we had to leave and find alternate accommodation. They said they have no dealings with online bookings, so we could not stay as they were also fully booked. There was no manager in sight, and we were told to deal with hotels.com for our refund as they didn’t even get our money.
It was traumatic since The Whole of Nelspruit, White River and Barberton were fully booked!

Please refund my money and remove that establishment from your website. We were not the only affected people, there were others who were as inconvenienced.
