Location was great next to great beaches and not right in the middle of the busy streets. Very quiet but easy to walk to all amenities.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views and fully equipped kitchen. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants.
The garage is right next to the second bedroom, so can be noisy if someone drives out early in the morning.

Dirty! Found a dead cricket on the carpet! Table in the lounge and side table warped. Toilet and bathroom door filthy! Kitchen cupboards terrible and could do with a upgrade.

Stunning location in burleigh heads - the best view !

Proximity to Burleigh heads beach/shops and Burleigh hill.
Only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay and advised to purchase our own if needing more than what was given.
The view in apartment 33 is beyond fantastic. The apartment is small but nicely renovated. The only impediment was that this apartment does not have air conditioning. The first night was muggy and we all suffered and sweated excessively and did not sleep very well. The next 3 nights with cooler weather were great. Just realise this place was probably the first flash apartment at Burleigh to be built in 1954 to 1960 and so realise before you come here that the building is old. If you don't enjoy waves smashing into the break all night and noise bothers, you don't stay here. For me that continuous sound helped me sleep. We loved it.

The view! Unparalleled! Easy to get to and in walking distance to everything you need in Burleigh Heads. Rooms are nice and the bed was comfortable.
We thought that 2 toilet rolls wasn't enough and didn't like that we couldn't ask for more and we're expected to stock up ourselves. For the price of the apartment, we thought that 2 toilet rolls for three nights was not enough.
The door lock is a bit tricky. The building lift is very slow.
Small things to worry about but all make a difference.
Amazing view and location - really is by far and away the best thing about this unit - good value for money given that.
Little dated, not as clean as it could be, and basic provisions - soap in small bars, 1 small bottle of conditioner but no shampoo, dish soap had run out

Toilet light wasn’t working, made staff aware when we checked in but was not fixed for the duration of our 3 nights so had to sit on toilet in the dark.
Our room was not clean, there were other peoples hair in the shutters of the windows and the cutlery was dirty

Location was great. Spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the surfers. Parking was good.
No aircon and only a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The back bedroom had a musty smell. Fans and extractors were dusty
