Room and facilities were amazing. It was so tidy, fresh and relaxing.

Incredible view!
Pros:

The view! Unparalleled! Easy to get to and in walking distance to everything you need in Burleigh Heads. Rooms are nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

We thought that 2 toilet rolls wasn't enough and didn't like that we couldn't ask for more and we're expected to stock up ourselves. For the price of the apartment, we thought that 2 toilet rolls for three nights was not enough.

The door lock is a bit tricky. The building lift is very slow.

Small things to worry about but all make a difference.

Great value for money, amazing views, so despite not being the most luxurious would stay again
Pros:

Amazing view and location - really is by far and away the best thing about this unit - good value for money given that.

Cons:

Little dated, not as clean as it could be, and basic provisions - soap in small bars, 1 small bottle of conditioner but no shampoo, dish soap had run out

Cons:

Toilet light wasn’t working, made staff aware when we checked in but was not fixed for the duration of our 3 nights so had to sit on toilet in the dark.
Our room was not clean, there were other peoples hair in the shutters of the windows and the cutlery was dirty

Good location but apartment could have been better
Pros:

Location was great. Spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the surfers. Parking was good.

Cons:

No aircon and only a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. The back bedroom had a musty smell. Fans and extractors were dusty

Amazing view, location was next level.
Pros:

Incredible view, comfortable beds, handy kitchen.

Cons:

The lack of air conditioning was definitely felt, very stuffy at times. Strong odour in elevator and nearby bins when we first arrived.

Pros:

The location is amazing! Easy process to check in and staff were exceptionally helpful - helping us load our bags into our room and car!

Cons:

Lack of aircon/heating. Throughout our stay there were also a few cockroaches that made an appearance in our apartment.
