Location and staff - bathrooms were great !! Love the shower room. Restaurant was beautiful with great food .
SMALL ROOMS !! So small we were climbing over each other . No room for suitcases - bed was against the wall ! Curtains are thin / therefore you are awake at 5am .
Rooms should be 1 single bed - they are that small .

Location was perfect! Room was clean and sufficient for two people. Staff was incredible. Just overall amazing.
More laundry facilities. Always fighting for washer and dryer.
The novelty factor with the Godzilla head was the main seller.
The Double rooms were tinier than expected with no room to move, and barely fit 2 large suitcases. Had to put one on top of the table and the other in front of the fridge door. There was dust on the hard surfaces (2 year old toddlers find these things quickly). The reception staff (non native Japanese speaker) on one occasion booked us the wrong taxi (they ordered a 9 seater for 7 people), costing us extra because we still had to get to our ticketed event on time despite the error - the hotel covered the difference in price after some negotiations - but this shouldn’t have happened to begin with. All of the previous reviews said it was a great location - BE WARNED THIS IS IN THE RED LIGHT DISTRICT. Not exactly the nicest vibe for young families with small children… would have liked to see more honest reviews about the location. The only plus was that the little couch was JUST big enough to fit my 70cm tall toddler; so we turned it around to face the wall and asked for a sheet to cover it, and had a makeshift cot ✅
Just overall fantastic! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. They even provided a cute message for us as we were on our honeymoon and honestly the Godzilla drinks are to die for!
Nothing, it was perfect!
Comfy, quiet room, nice facilities.
Patio to view the Godzilla statue was closed indefinitely for undisclosed reasons and wasn’t made known to us before our stay. The location is less than a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station, however, the area is not necessarily in the nicest area.
This hotel was a big disappointment
We stayed at Gracery, Shinjuku for eleven nights, and had really looked forward to our stay.
The first and biggest disappointment met us when we checked in. In the reception there was a note that said they don't clean the rooms every day (never heard of this in a four star hotel). They claim it is to be eco-friendly, but the only thing they save is money on housekeeping.
They do bring new towels every day, but they do not restock coffee every day. We had to beg for coffee in the reception 2 out of 3 days.
The rooms felt like a cabin on the ferry in the seventies with the worn out wall decorations, very small windows high-up on the wall and a gross carpet. The AC had to be turned on every time we had been out and it turned off during the night, so when we woke up the air in our room was bad.
The rooms also lacked storage for clothes. It would have been nice to keep the clothes in a closet than in a suitcase that took up too much space in a very small room.
Also, there were no places to sit and relax in the common area without having to buy something in the lounge. There is an area with sofas in the lobby, but there were no tables and feels more like a waiting area for people coming and leaving.
What was positive about this hotel is the location, it is a lot going on around the hotel, and the shower. The water pressure was really good even though we stayed high up.
The staff was also friendly.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. There must be so many other hotels in the neighborhood that cleans the rooms every day and have more fresh rooms.
Location
Poor hygiene
Rude staff
Tiny rooms
Понравилось местоположение. Все рядом... рестораны, клубы, метро
Очень маленькая и не удобная комната. Хотя написано 18 метров
Nice hotel. Good Services and friendly staff.
The area. Rigged with prostitution and gambling. I wanted a restful vacation and this was completely off that purpose.
