Great location.
Room was quite small.
Excellent location in Shinjuku.
Rooms were tidy, beds were good.
Godzilla theme is cool and original.
Very unpersonal and unfriendly. Machines to check in, QR codes to do tappyukin, when asked staff felt bothered almost. The most someone talked to me here was to say the bar closed in thirty minutes and we could do one drink.
Room is clean with good beds, but tiny windows. The shower was unpleasant with a low ceiling and basically too small and too low to use comfortably.
Service and quality were not up to four star standards, prices of bar and breakfast surely were.
Altogether not bad but rather disappointing.

The location of the Hotel was exceptional, as was the staff.

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku is in an absolutely prime location, making it an ideal base for exploring Tokyo. Situated right in the heart of Shinjuku, everything is within easy reach, from restaurants, cafés and shopping to nightlife and major attractions. Shinjuku Station is also just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The surrounding area was lively and vibrant, yet the hotel provided a comfortable place to relax after a busy day exploring.
If you want to stay somewhere central where you can step outside and immediately feel the energy of Tokyo, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku is a fantastic choice. The location alone makes it especially convenient for first-time visitors and anyone wanting to experience the best of Shinjuku.

The entrance was a bit tricky to find at first. I walked round the street a few times but once I found it, it all made sense.
