It was okay
Pros:

Ease of check in however some staff seemed short and blunt with me. I can only assume its out of frustration for some other guest.

Cons:

The seating for breakfast was apparently confusing for some customers so they took my table AND my room key and i almost got charged 2000 yen for it.

Good value for money
Pros:

A nice stay at the hotel, I would recommend that you threat you're self to a vocher on the lobby fasilities. It is value for money.

Pros:

Hotel location a good, much more cosmetic pharmacy shops, restaurant and game center, especially close the airport limousine bus, if you need take a bus, buy the ticket online and cross road to opposite of the building.

Cons:

When you back to hotel at night time, near hotel entrance and convenient store, they are Alcoholic and some people are drunk.

Pros:

I booked the property based on reviews. The Godzilla theme is great

Cons:

The reviews we read were better than the experience. The staff didn’t offer the personal touch and the room servicing wasn’t what I expected on an 8 night stay. It was Marathon week and busy but we got better service in our Osaka and Kyoto Hotels where we stayed before moving up to Tokyo.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Shinjuku
Pros:

This is one of our favorite hotels, and this was the second time my wife and I stayed here. The room was spotless, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The toiletries provided are surprisingly high quality—it almost feels like you could keep using them forever, even simple items like the hair comb.

The location is outstanding. You really can’t get more central than this. The metro is only about a 3–5 minute walk away, depending on how fast you walk.

I highly recommend staying here if you want to relax while exploring the area. There are so many things to see and do nearby. When people think of Tokyo, they imagine neon lights and a vibrant, bustling atmosphere—this area captures exactly that and even more.

Very important, you must explore the 7eleven store down the hotel, I always find something new every time I vist!

Although the streets get very busy at night, the rooms are well insulated. You can barely hear anything from outside, except occasionally a distant police siren at a very low volume.

Cons:

The usual issue of small hotel rooms but this is very well known in Tokyo.

Great hotel, awful location
Pros:

Clean, easy to check in, rooms were decent size

Cons:

Worst location ever. Shinjuku is extremely loud and busy and the hotel is located in the red light district. I wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy partying and being in the middle of clubs etc. The best way to describe the location is Times Sq.
