Neptune Point Beach Resort

The staff is very Rude, room service is really bad, if you so not eat at their place they get irate which is highly unprofessional. We have many options on the beach to eat and every likes variety.

Overall not recommended

Standarden vidste vi og det er fint når man er klar over det. Men opholdet har været fantastisk, så vi er blevet 10 dage mere på samme hotel. ✌🙌 Personalet er på og pligtopfyldende og er mega serviceminded.

Übernachtung im Hühnerstall:
Ich hatte einen Bungalow mit direktem Meerblick. Allerdings war der Meerblick durch das Dach des Restaurants gestört. Die Einrichtung war sauber und spartanisch. Was mich richtig gestört hat, waren die Dauergeräusche rund um den Bungalow. Sobald ein Bewohner vorbei geht, bebt die ganze Bude. Warmes Wasser war für nicht verfügbar, deshalb hat mir ein Mitarbeiter einen Eimer warmes Wasser hochbebuckelt, da fühlt man sich richtig mies :-(((
Durch meinen kurzen Aufenthalt im Neptun-Point habe ich gemerkt, wie wichtig mir ein schöner Garten mit schönen Pflanzen ist. Das Meer ist schön, aber einfach paar Holzhäuschen davor zu stellen, das reicht bei mir zum Wohlfühlen nicht.

Vaatimaton, likainen ja suihkusta tuli koko aikana vain 2 kertaa lämmintä vettä. Hyvällä paikalla, ihan rannalla. Henkilökunta oli tosi mukavaa ja palveluhenkistä. Ruoka oli myös tosi hyvää. Rauhallinen paikka.

The location is on beach and my room was exactly in front of sea. Also there is nice shack you can relax and enjoy coffee and meals. We had a wonderful trip and enjoy every minute. Shacks, sunbed, kayak and more and more.

I asked and paid for sea view room while bookinh. When I reached there, no sea view room was available.

Neptune Point Palolem is situated in Paradise, the sunset is to die for and the range of restaurants along the beach is fantastic.
I would urge anyone going to North Goa to take a trip South to see a much quieter and cheaper Goa.

The Staff is Great...very friendly, total attention , turning a very safety place. The food is good , mainly at night serving on the beach fresh fish at your choice...Recomended

Very nice surrounding and beach location. Reasonably priced but cleanliness could be better.

This would be the closest one could stay to the beaches. This was an unplanned trip with my wife and my three year old kid to which I booked the room just a few hours prior to the checkin. Expedia did a wonderful job by giving me the best possible price. No where else could I find this price including the best available portals doing the rounds on our televisions.
The only confusion was that Expedia had updated the hotel with a different class of room to which I showed them on the email from Expedia and told them that that’s what I paid for. and they obliged. The food is one of the best we can have apart from home. The hotel staff can be given a 5 star without any hesitation. Car park is not very near and you will not get proactive help to carry the luggage.
I had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Expedia.

The rooms are in bad condition. Only the view is good other than that no reason to stay there

Great food, kind service, lovely little rooms (ask for one with a view of the beach). Highly recommend!

Location: Good.
Room: Disappointing - No Soap, No Towel, No Hot water, No tea coffee maker, No phone for room service, Nothing.
Cost: Considering the amenities it is high.
Consider Basic Shacks.

Expected something else after reading other reviews, especially in terms of service but was severely disappointed. Location on the beach is ideal and the huts okay although pretty much just put together (the bathrooms was a joke) and I don't know what it says about the place when neighbouring people come get water from your balcony water point when you're relaxing in said balcony. The service we got was nonexistent, we felt we needed to excuse our being there. Lovely beach, terrible housing.

We loved the beach huts at Neptune - very central on Palolem beach, staff very friendly and best breakfast pancakes in Palolem. I would recommend paying a bit extra for the ones with air con if you go in March as it does get very hot at night. We went back again at the end of our second week and are going to stay there again when we go back.

Nach indischem Standard gutes Zimmer mit sauberem Bad und Bett. Einfache Ausstattung mit Bed (inkl. Moskitonetz-Baldachin), Kommode, Schrank, Nachttische, 3 Balkonstühle mit Blick auf Meer sowie Bad mit Waschbecken, WC und Dusche lauwarmem Wasser. Essen ist gut, Personal freundlich.
