Pros:

Me encantó la terraza que tenía unas hamacas para descansar con una decoración bonita. El desayuno estaba muy rico. Y la habitación e instalaciones muy limpias.

Cons:

Al llegar las preguntas que le hicimos a la recepcionista sobre aparcamiento, y dudas, de donde si y donde no se podía aparcar, ya que habían líneas de diferentes colores en los alrededores, no supieron respondernos…

La limpieza dejó mucho que desear. El baño estaba muy sucio y había pelos por todas partes, incluso en la cama, lo cual resulta bastante desagradable.

Schöne Zimmer und ein guter erster Eindruck – leider trübte ein Missverständnis etwas den Aufenthalt

Cons:

Bei dem Versuch, unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht zu verlängern, kam es beim Frühstück zu einem Missverständnis zwischen Rezeption und Service, das leider zu einer unangenehmen Situation führte.

Der erste Eindruck des Hotels war sehr positiv: schöne Zimmer und ein insgesamt gepflegtes Haus. Deshalb wollten wir unseren Aufenthalt spontan um eine Nacht verlängern. An der Rezeption wurde uns freundlich mitgeteilt, dass dies kein Problem sei. Man nannte uns einen Preis und empfahl uns sogar, zunächst in Ruhe frühstücken zu gehen und danach zu bezahlen.

Beim Frühstück im 6. Stock wurden wir jedoch zunächst sehr reserviert empfangen. Uns wurde gesagt, wir müssten erst bezahlen, bevor wir frühstücken dürften. Wir erklärten, dass uns an der Rezeption ausdrücklich gesagt worden war, wir könnten erst frühstücken und anschließend bezahlen. Nach einer etwas unangenehmen Diskussion durften wir schließlich doch Platz nehmen.

Kurz darauf erschien jedoch die Mitarbeiterin von der Rezeption und teilte uns plötzlich mit, dass doch kein Zimmer mehr für eine Verlängerung verfügbar sei.

Ob dies ein reiner Zufall war oder ob unsere Situation beim Frühstück eine Rolle spielte, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen. Der Ablauf hat jedoch einen etwas merkwürdigen Nachgeschmack hinterlassen – was schade ist, denn unser erster Eindruck des Hotels war eigentlich sehr gut.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Das Frühstück war gut. Man frühstückt auf einer Dachterrasse mit einem phantastischem Ausblick auf Berge.
