Would have been great if we had slept
Cons:

We were unable to sleep due to noise from the street and rooftop bar. We stayed with a toddler and were told there was nothing that could be done.

Charming hotel in Milan with excellent guest services associates!
Pros:

My partner & I stayed here over Christmas 2025 and would absolutely stay again! The hotel is very charming and within walking distance to attractions, while not being directly in the hustle & bustle. Peyman (guest services associate) is phenomenal! He happily called around to make reservations and arrangements for us during our stay, shared excellent recommendations, and was incredibly friendly.

Pros:

La ubicacion excelente. El personal de recepción muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Cons:

El desayuno era rico pero siempre demoraban 30 a 60 minutos por persona. Muy lento.
Bastante ruido el ascensor.

A central oasis in a beautiful city
Pros:

Payman was absolutely the best host - very informative, very helpful and very welcoming. He recommended a fantastic restaurant and we had the absolute best meal of our trip. Local foods, beautiful wine and excellent service. The hotel is fantastically located - in stumbling distance of the cathedral and shopping areas, close enough to the castle to dander over and in close links to public transport. Rooms are large and well equipped and the roof terrace was a delight in the evening. A little oasis from the bars and restaurants below. I would stay again anytime

Cons:

Only downside was the rooms were overly warm - we were facing into the lift area so there wasn't much of a breeze. Air conditioning was set to a min temp (still too warm for us) but I think that's local law. Minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

Quirky but comfortable.
Pros:

Fascinating old building, which used to be a pharmacy, off a narrow cobbled street. Huge room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The shower and toilet fittings were a little unusual but worked OK. The narrow cobbled street means that taxis often can't get to the entrance.

Consigliato. Bella sorpresa nel centro di Milano. Hotel affascinante. Personale gentilissimo.
Pros:

Questo Hotel e' stata una bella sorpresa nel centro di Milano, 10 minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Staff molto gentile. Camera spaziosa e molto accogliente. Consigliato, tornerei di sicuro.

I wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Central location

Cons:

It’s an old place, so you kind of know what to expect. But somehow it feels outdated and a bit neglected. You also get the impression that it isn’t particularly clean.

The heating was a major issue, since it couldn’t be adjusted in each room… it was central heating. The room was incredibly hot and there was no real way to control it.

Overall, there were quite a few negatives for what is otherwise a rather expensive hotel.

Cons:

Εξαιρετική η ζέστη στα δωμάτια, υπήρχε κεντρική θέρμανση και προφανώς δεν μπόρεσε να ρυθμιστεί επαρκώς, παρά τις συστάσεις.
