Cons:

El personal que atiende recepción es súper grosero y nada resolutivo. No otorgan el reglamento a la hora de hacer Check in y después hacen cobros (se uso toalla en su alberca y no se pueden sacar de habitación cosa que no se informó). 2 días sin internet, ni TV. No hay "Parking" cómo se anuncia, dejas el auto en calle.

Que las camas huelen a sucio y a la habitación le hace falta un poco más de limpieza . MUY IMPORTANTE QUE NO TE QUITEN EL AGUA POR QUE UNO QUIERE HACEARCE TEMPRANO PORQUE VA HA SALIR Y NO HAY HAGUA Y HASTA QUE BUSCAS EL PERSONAL PARA QUE TE HABRAN LAS LLAVES DE PASO.

I liked that it had hot water and air conditioning which made the stay more comfortable due to the humid weather.

Un hotel muy tranquilo, cuenta con aire acondicionado, tiene vista al mar (solo que la zona es mar abierto y no es muy recomendable meterse en esa zona) no tuvimos problema con el personal ni con las instalaciones, queda muy cerca de varios lugares para comer incluso caminando.

Tengo más de 6 años descansando en este hotel y aunque la administración actual elevó considerablemente los costos siempre me llevo un grato recuerdo.

El hotel en general es muy bueno en función al precio, muy limpio, muy tranquilo, había agua caliente, funcionaba el aire acondicionado y la televisión, sólo el internet no llegaba a la habitación
