Alacranes en las habitaciones

Una pecima experiencia me salieron dos alacranes uno dentro de mi habitación y otro más en la área recreativa a un costado de la alberca se le notificó ala recepción y solamente dijo que era por las obras a espaldas del hotel créanme que no vulvo a ir a este hotel, siempre estuvimos subiendo zapatos ropa sobre los muebles con temor a que estuvieran dentro d elo mismo, nada recomendado este hotel

Muy buen servicio y atención, nuestro check in era a las 3pm llegamos a las 11:00 AM y nos permitieron estar en la estancia para esperar, incluso nos dejaron entrar mucho antes a nuestra habitación.
Todo muy limpio, la alberca a temperatura agradable, te prestan toallas para uso de la alberca. Las habitaciones con todo lo adecuado para tener buena estancia, fuimos de plan de trabajo y la red wifi muy bien, juntas en video llamadas conectadas en laptop casi todo el día y sin falla y con buena velocidad. Tienen cocinera y utensilios que te ayudan para preparar de comer. Todo excelente.
