Siempre hago escala en Veracruz en este hotel por su ubicación y confort, muy buena relación entre lo que ofrece y su precio muy recomendable

Cons:

Lamentable mente tuvimos la mala suerte de tener una habitación con un aire acondicionado muy ruidoso por su falta de mantenimiento al igual que el lavamanos, no drenaba bien, hay que tener más atención a los trabajos de mantenimiento, podría haber pedido que me cambiarán la habitación, pero el cansancio era mayor, en el check out reporte las fallas.

las ventanas sucias, cortinas sucias el piso sucio las almohadas duras y muy altas, el control de la tv no funciona, uno de los huéspedes me comentó q en el hotel tienen ratas y reporto q había una rata y no hicieron caso los trabajadores. nada que ver las fotos dando publicidad a la realidad
