La ubicación,zona tranquila, cerca de la arena cdmx,de la central del norte

Cons:

1 mi habitación me la dieron media hora mas tarde,cuando reserve mas de 2 meses y pague y a otros rápido se la daban e iban llegando sin reservacion
2 la tele no se veía bien y había q solicitar todo a recepción clima,control etc
3 el frigobar no enfriaba
4 el baño muy amplio pero para meterte a bañar estaba demasiado alto porque estaba pegado al jacuzzi

A messy hotel with no service at all!

It was my worst experience ever!!! So, I must tell and this is the first comment I ever write on booking.com !

At first, the reception gave a key card to the room where I saw everything messy when I open the door. The room was not yet cleaned after the previous guest has checked out! I took the photo and went downstairs to show the reception. She then asked me to wait at the restaurant.

At that time, I thought they would clean the room for me.

But after 15 minutes, her colleague came to tell me that there were problems with my booking. They asked for extra MXN733 for the room rate.

What is the logic? Why I have to pay extra??? I have completed the online check-in 1 day before arrival (like airplane). If any issue, they should know in advance and inform me! They forced me to choose either cancel the booking or pay the extra!

Their wifi is as worst as their service and attitude! I wanted to find an alternative accommodation online, so I connected to their network. But all the booking platforms were blocked, and the network was extremely slow! The total experience only deserves one word: "MESSY"!!!
