Well located but no apartment
Pros:

Very well located, nice staff, clean and tidy

Cons:

It is offered as an apartment however it is not possible to cook as there is no heat source (only a microwave/grill). One of the bedrooms has no privacy. We were not able to solve our problem as there is no 24hrs service.

Pros:

The young lady at reception was delightful and couldn't be more helpful. Our cases were put back in our room after our return from 3 capes hike and washing machine a blessing.

Worth the stay
Pros:

Position in city. Comfortable beds. Large room. View from large window

Cons:

Induction cooktop with frypan that was not induction compatible.
Parking booking (12 months in advance) lost in the system. Room not ready till 4pm.
BOTH PROBLEMS WERE SORTED EFFECTIVELY BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL

Very great value, so spacious, calm, and a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Very spacious studio with two sofa and full dining table, kitchenette with all but no stove top, all clean and of very good value. Will recommend it.

Pros:

I liked the location and the apartment.

Cons:

What would have been really good was adequate parking for guests. There wasn't sufficient space in the garage for all guest cars and guests had to pay for a garage space. Otherwise, guests had to park on the street and pay parking meters. The entire lack of adequate parking would ensure that I would not stay at this property again, especially since it was a rather expensive property to stay at. A pity since I liked the apartment and loved the location.

Great location and value for money.
Pros:

The location is excellent and we had a very spacious suite with a view over Battery Point. Reception staff were excellent. Great value for money and would recommend.

Cons:

A couple of odd furniture choices in the living room but really happy overall with the room we had and the hotel's location.
