Proximity to waterfront
No towels or second bed in apartment on arrival despite booking and prepaying for an apartment for 3 people. Reception was unavailable by phone so we had to keep going down to tell them what was missing. Reception blamed house-keeping
Was in a convenient location
Expected more for the price. Outdated and broken furniture. Sofa bed mattress very uneven and uncomfortable. Guest list for building left on bedroom floor with personal details.

Loved the location, so close to the waterfront and Salamanca, we walked everywhere. Loved the picture window in the room overlooking the city and the water. Also loved the washing machine.
Had a problem with the dryer, it didn't dry the clothes, was going to mention at checkout but we left early.

The unit was in a great location with close proximity to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of many attractions. It was very spacious and clean with paid parking underneath the building. The bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was a bonus.
Unfortunately the 'great' location came with a lot of traffic noise. Ear plugs were essential to sleep as the traffic started at 4.30am. The kitchen only had a convection/microwave oven which was very limiting in terms of the meals that could be prepared. There wasn't any microwave safe cookware and only one wineglass, The unit was let down by the lack of 'equipment' in the kitchen.
