Important information:

A deposit of USD 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is collected by cash/credit card upon arrival and fully refundable upon check out.

Please note that the reception is currently open from 08:00 to 23:00 daily. Guests planning on arriving or departing outside of reception hours should inform the property at least one day in advance.

We would like to inform you that our hotel will have maintenance project to update our internal system for additional safety measures. As a result, there will be some construction noise and we ask for your kind cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Visitors and unregistered guests are required to provide their government regulated identification at the reception, sign a visitor form, and will be charge a visiting fee of USD 10 per person.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage

Cons:

Leider eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Nach 9 Uhr morgens gibt es nur noch eine begrenzte Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. 3 Liegen im Schatten und 2 in der Sonne sind etwas wenig für 50 Gäste.

A calm oasis to escape the busy life in a busy city.
Pros:

What a wonderful hotel with the rooftop bar and pool being the highlight of the stay. The staff are all super attentive and the food in the restaurant exceptional. The great view of the skyline is a bonus.

Rooms were huge with aircon that could cool the desert so in 35° this was most welcome.

Pros:

A moden, elegant hotel situated in a fun area close to the kings palace and the river. It has a lovely rooftop infinity pool and bar restaurant with stunning city view. The staff are capable and they made some great recommendations for things to do.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room faced a construction site which starts work at 7am. So, although the sound proofing is as good as possible, it did prevent sleeping in late. I'd recommend a room facing the back, though they don't have balconies.

Great value for money
Pros:

Location is great, staff is fantastic. Hotel is not big, but had everything you may need. Breakfast is very good, including the variety of chores which would please guests from Europe.

Cons:

The one thing that annoyed us the most was the constant reminder that if anything is broken, or there is a stain on the bedding after your stay, you will be charged. EVERYTHING came with that reminder. I would not expect a decent hotel being that obsessed with getting their money back from random things that apparently their customers break. I assume they have had some very bad experiences. I suggest just to raise the prices 5 dollars and then just wash the towels and bedding with stain remover.

Dejlig central beliggenhed. Fantastisk Sky-bar med en flot udsigt over by/flod.
Stort og godt udvalg at morgenmadsretter, brød, frugt m.v.

Cons:

Sengen var efter vores mening alt, alt for hård. Vi havde, da vi ankom til hotellet, været på rundrejse i Thailand og Cambodia i næsten 2 måneder. Sengens hårdhed var noget af det værste, som vi var udsat for i denne periode.

In-Room Safe Theft (room 806) occured here?
Pros:

The In-room SAFES aren't SAFE! While there were many positives to the stay, a major security failure overshadowed my experience of Phnom Penh.

There appeared to be a passcode reset during my stay, and $400 USD in counterfeit bills were found in place of my authentic currency. Management admits a cleaner entered the room, but cannot provide an audit trail of the safe's access to rule out that the person has accessed it, nor have they provided evidence that the master code has been changed from the factory default (e.g. 000000 or 999999) or whether these are changed regularly.

On the positive side:
The breakfast exceeded expectations, offering a great variety and quality. The pool facilities are excellent, with plenty of seating and space to relax, particularly on the upper floors, which offer a quiet atmosphere. The location is very convenient, situated close to the main bar streets and the riverside.

A word of caution: Walking in the opposite direction from the river takes you through a local wet market, which may be a bit intense for the eyes and nose for some. Also, be aware of the deposit process; I paid my deposit with a fresh $100 USD note, but was refunded in smaller, heavily used bills that are much less favourable to exchange elsewhere.

Nur wenige Liegen am Pool (drei im Schatten, zwei in der Sonne), wenn man nachmittags von den Besichtigungen zurückkommt, ist kein Platz frei um dort auszuspannen
