Important information:

A deposit of USD 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is collected by cash/credit card upon arrival and fully refundable upon check out.

Please note that the reception is currently open from 08:00 to 23:00 daily. Guests planning on arriving or departing outside of reception hours should inform the property at least one day in advance.

We would like to inform you that our hotel will have maintenance project to update our internal system for additional safety measures. As a result, there will be some construction noise and we ask for your kind cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Visitors and unregistered guests are required to provide their government regulated identification at the reception, sign a visitor form, and will be charge a visiting fee of USD 10 per person.

Property location was very good , amainities are good , staff behavior is not at all up to the mark

Hotel Location was really good , Pool was good breakfast was not having much options for vegetarians for Non-Veg it was having many options , accessibility is good from different location.

Cons:

Staff behavior was not up to the mark , we always have to remind them for room cleaning and even that was not good
for refilling the stuff from second day onward they were reluctant and we always have to remind them multiple times,Also if we have any concerns they don't have any solution for that , they always give prototype reply stating we can't do anything.
in SHort not at all happy with Staff behaivors.
