Important information:

A deposit of USD 50 per room is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is collected by cash/credit card upon arrival and fully refundable upon check out.

Please note that the reception is currently open from 08:00 to 23:00 daily. Guests planning on arriving or departing outside of reception hours should inform the property at least one day in advance.

We would like to inform you that our hotel will have maintenance project to update our internal system for additional safety measures. As a result, there will be some construction noise and we ask for your kind cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Visitors and unregistered guests are required to provide their government regulated identification at the reception, sign a visitor form, and will be charge a visiting fee of USD 10 per person.

Pour le prix c'est bien !
Pros:

Le personnel, l'emplacement, les équipements de la chambre.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pas très varié. Le marché juste à côté qui renvoie des odeurs très fortes dès la sortie de l'hôtel. Pas de clim dans les parties communes, notamment les couloirs.

Excellent place to stay in Phnom Penh with value of Money
Pros:

The hotel is very new and the room with balcony has the best views. I love its location in the center of everything. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank , Booking.com steht kühlschrank abef keine. Sonst. Alles perfect.

Great as always!
Pros:

Staff all fantastic. Location so central. Breakfast and restaurant very good. Roof top bar and pool wonderful. 3rd time here and always consistently good.

Cons:

This time I stayed on a lower floor being the 3rd. Shower stuggled to get warm water. Also wifi not as strong here as other floors. As I need this for work. But still love the place. Would be 100% perfect with these improvements.
