La ubicación, la tranquilidad. La confortabilidad/ y que mejoren sus puntos débiles rápidamente para así lograr que el huésped pase una bonita experiencia.

Pros:

El cuarto era muy cómodo y con varias amenidades como tarja, refrigerador, plancha, balcón, TV. La alberca con buena profundidad, limpia y con agua a temperatura agradable. El personal en todo momento muy amable para atender inquietudes y prestar el servicio.

Cons:

La ubicación aunque cercana a La Marina es hasta la cima, lo cual puede ser un poco complicado si no estás acostumbrado.

Que el personal por segunda vez me dio respuestas que no corresponden/ como por ejemplo necesitaba extender la estadía y una recepcionista de nombre Mónica me dijo que y me re confirmó que no contaban con habitaciones, cuando en el booking si disponían, hasta el punto que si pude hacer la reserva y estaba confirmada. Literalmente al parecer el personal de recepción se toma la atención o el trato de una manera poco profesional.

Al llegar al hotel, en horario de check inn normal, no tuve absolutamente ningún inconveniente. Al día siguiente degusté

A very basic stay in a great location, but the customer service and unresolved deposit issue left a

The location was great and very convenient for getting around Cabo. The room was simple but had everything needed for a short stay, including a small kitchen area which was helpful. There’s also a bakery/restaurant on-site and the pastries and treats were really good.

Cons:

The hotel itself was very basic and the customer service could have been better. I arrived several hours before check-in and asked if I could at least sit outside and connect to Wi-Fi while waiting, but I was told Wi-Fi was only available once I officially checked into the room. There was also no flexibility at all with early check-in.

During the night, I found small cockroaches in the bathroom, which made me uncomfortable.

I was also required to leave a 1000 peso deposit at check-in, which I still have not received back. When I followed up a few days later, I was told it would be returned soon, but it still hasn’t come through.

Me encanto!!! Lugar limpio, cama comoda, ambiente tranquilo y el restaurante (comida deliciosa, bien servida y a precios razonables, además de que contaba con descuento del 25% por habernos hospedado con ellos).

Cons:

Tenía mucha ganas de meterme a la alberca pero lo que no me gustó fue que desde el restaurante la vista enfocaba a la misma, osea que todos los comensales del restaurante tenían la vista hacia la misma.
