Hotel accogliente e carino con affaccio sul meraviglioso lago di Zurigo
Pros:

Posizione sul lungo lago, edificio storico molto bello e ben arredato. La camera piccola ma molto carina.
ambiente della colazione molto accogliente, staff gentilissimo. Anche lo staff della reception. Al check out è stata offerta una confettura al rabarbaro, molto apprezzata.

Cons:

la camera era caldissima nonostante non ci fosse acceso il riscaldamento. Non si potevano tenere aperte le finestre a causa del rumore proveniente dalla strada. La mattina seguente mi è stato detto che avrebbero potuto accendere il raffreddamento se lo avessi chiesto.
colazione: abbastanza varia, qualità soddisfacente. Trovo sempre strano non trovare mai prodotti senza lattosio, soprattutto a questi livelli.

Pros:

Super schön, gute Lage alles hat uns gefallen. Frühstück sehr gut. Ich habe da Geburtstag gefeiert und wurde eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit vorbereitet.

Cons:

Zu wenig Auswahl an Speisen, besonders an vegetarischen Gerichten.

Lovely.
Pros:

Really lovely location. Right by the ferry pontoon and you can see the train station from the hotel. Very easy to get to.

Cons:

The weather was lovely and we wanted to eat our breakfast outside but this wasn’t possible. The outside terrace was lovely but the menu was quite limited so after two meals we ran out of options and we didn’t want to go inside and eat in the restaurant. Food options in the restaurant were expensive.

A fabulous stay, with friendly, helpful staff. Dog friendly.
Pros:

I stayed at the Sonne for a special birthday. We were kindly given an upgrade of a larger room, as well as a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates! The view of the lake was stunning - we could watch the boats coming and going. We took our dog with us. A dog bed, bowls and a present for the dog were provided, as well as suggestions on where to take the dog for a walk (a lakeside park just a few steps away). Breakfast was served in a charming, historic room with portraits on the walls. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable. All in all, a lovely stay.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la propreté, le professionnalisme et la sympathie du personnel, petit déjeuner varié et très copieux, le restaurant Gaststuben excellent, pour l’apéro le Biergarten au bord du lac. Chambre spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Hôtel à recommander !

Beautiful Location Close to Transport with Excellent Service
Pros:

The views over the lake and mountains were brilliant. The restaurant and bar service were excellent. Even though renovations were going on they kept us in a different area. Unaffected by noise or building work. Comfortable and very friendly and helpful. We were there in the winter but would love to go again with the outside terrace being open.

Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Mein Wagen wurde unter eine Platane geparkt.
Beim öffnen des Kofferraums wurde durch Kontakt mit den Ästen ein Kratzer an der Heckklappe verursacht.
