Probably a nice hotel during cooler days but completely unsuitable for warm outside temperatures

Cons:

The room I got was not the corner room I reserved
It was very small and being right under the roof it had a temperature of 37 degrees during the night with only a small fan which didn’t do any good

Pros:

Beste Lage am Zürisee. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal! Sehr saubere Zimmer mit allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts… Klimaanlage wäre ein Plus, aber nicht weiter tragisch.

Traumhafte Lage, Team hat noch optimierungsbedarf!
Pros:

Das Hotel lebt von der sensationellen Lage direkt am Züricher See.

Cons:

Unpersönliche, sehr knappe Begrüßung, bei 37 Grad Hitze wäre ein kühlendes Tuch oder Getränk wirklich angebracht, der Parkservice war jedoch sehr freundlich und gut organisiert.
Das Zimmer 313 für diesen Preis (>400 SFR.) extrem klein, keine Kaffeemaschine, im Bad müsste Fuge am Eingang zwingend erneuert werden, keine Klimaanlage (war uns aber bekannt). Frühstück etwas unkoordiniert, ab sehr gute Qualität ( bis auf Latte Macchiato- warum mit Kakao Pulver obendrauf??) und traumhaftes Ambiente auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den See.
Check-out ebenfalls unpersönlich, keine Frage ob der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, kein ‘gute Weiterreise’ kein Wasser für die Reise. Das kenne ich von Hotels in dieser Preisklasse aber ganz anders! Wirklich schade, das könnte und müsste besser gehen.

מקום מצוין מהרבה בחינות. המלצה חמה בהחלט
Pros:

מיקום, נוף, חוף רחצה, גישה לתחבורה ציבורית, ניקיון, צוות אדיב, אוכל מצוין. מקום מדהים.

Cons:

ידענו מראש שלא יהיה מזגן וזה בסדר גמור מבחינת השקיפות מול המלון אבל בחום הנוכחי זה קרוב ללא אפשרי בכלל לישון בטמפרטורה הזאת בלי מזגן. אולי כדאי לחשוב להוסיף לקראת הקיץ הבא. כך החוויה תהיה מושלמת באמת.

Zurich 2 nights
Pros:

Hotel with excellent location on the lake and view. Next to train station. Older building well maintained with excellent brand new renovated restaurant with great personable staff on the expensive side. Breakfast is a plus. Outside self service at Zurich prices.
Front desk staff could be a little more polished in morning. I arrived early at 10 ( after a long flight) and understand no room available. 1130 was mentioned, but ALL rooms were released at 1500. My friend who had to change room during his stay was not given the first room in morning and had to wait till 1500. Not what to expect for this type of hotel....."we follow policies" handed a beverage voucher " you can have a bier or wine " at 10 ???
Room small with nice view, good fan, clean bathroom. With these high temperature, provide free cold water and not a carafe of tap water !! cheap . Coat hangers not for a 4* ! cheap. Maid on floor very friendly and thankful.
Not back at these prices and for the service.

Thanks to intervention by BOOKING we moved to a hotel WITH A/C!

It was the hottest week ever in Zurich. I had therefore booked the only room in that hotel
with an A/C which was still broken when we arrived. The room was unbearable hot. The receptionist was the worst I ever encountered anywhere in any hotel. She insisted on charging at the least the first night. Only after intervention by Booking our reservation was cancelled for free and we moved to an other hotel.

Pros:

Fantastische Lage am See, eigener Badeplatz und Top-Restaurant - und bemerkenswertes Frühstück! Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit werden groß geschrieben. In 15 Minuten in Zürich (Auto/Zug) oder per Schiff (direkt vor dem Hotel)
