Cons:

Milk in fridge was opened and therefore unable to be used, lounge/couch was dirty, stained and smelly, no lift made it difficult to get to top floor.

Comfortable room with all the amenities
Pros:

My usual hotel of choice was booked out so after looking through reviews, I selected here. Which ended up being the right choice. A spacious room, comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, a small kitchenette (microwave only) all for a competitive price. I was more than comfortable for my couple of nights stay. It’s located in a great location, just off the main highway so no traffic sounds but still close enough for easy travel.

Overall it was close to perfect. Would stay again.
Pros:

Very spacious and clean. Staff were very welcoming and cheerful. Close to takeaways, service station and pub. Very quiet location. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom was small but manageable.
