La ubicación esta muy bien

Cons:

Para el precio, el desayuno no estaba tan bien; además, el comedor era muy incómodo, con muy pocos puestos para sentarse y todos juntos. En verdad ha sido el peor comedor del hotel en el que he estado.

Staff are not helpful at all.
Pros:

Its closed to museums and other sites in DC

Cons:

The staff are not helpful. I booked at Booking.com a week ago but they said that I dont have a reservation and their hotel is fullybook. They did not do anything such as helping me find another hotel. They dont have any empathy to the guest and not willing to do extra mile to help their guest.

Location and stuf.

Cons:

1. Severe Noise Pollution (Top Floor): We were assigned a room on the top floor directly beneath the rooftop HVAC and air-conditioning units. The continuous, heavy machinery noise throughout the day and night severely disrupted our sleep and made the room practically unlivable.
2. Inadequate & Exorbitant Parking Options: The lack of accessible guest parking, combined with the exorbitant fee charged for the paid option, represents a significant disservice to your guests.
3. Poor Hygiene Standards: The hallway carpet leading to our room was visibly filthy and poorly maintained, reflecting an unacceptable standard of cleanliness for your property.
