Beach House Hotel

The hotel is nice and good value for money.
It’s incredibly noisy, impossible to sleep until 3 am as there are 2 very loud clubs in the corner of the street.

Amazing Property:-) Felt much better than actually being at home. Also very clean and peaceful ☺️. No words to describe. This is not my first time there and will always look 👀 forward to returning there Jurek

There was not hot water in the room and a couple lights were either broken or blown

Great location & price, with large rooms. Open air club close by makes rooms very noisy during evening/night, but ear plugs sort that out. Aircon rather noisy. But for cost and location, it’s pretty good.

Jorge, made sure I was welcome and safe! He provided excellent suggestions for dining. He was extremely polite and friendly. He’s a real asset!

Found this place after our other hotel overbooked. Jorge the owner could see we were tired after a long day of travel, and set us up in a back room with balcony. Staying anywhere around 5th Ave. can get noisy at night, but it was quite quiet, and we slept just fine. We appreciated his care and concern. Rest of staff all friendly as well. Clean room, good WiFi, hot showers, a block from the beach. Great value for the price. No complaints. Thanks again Jorge.

Super friendly clean, budget friendly hotel in a great location

Nice staff,great room, everything was fine.

Was in room 21 on 2nd floor.
Toilet was not working right upon check-in.
We went back to front desk within 5 mins of entering room.
My husband was asked to fix the toilet plumbing himself because no maintenance on site.
My husband spent half hour fixing it but the toilet was still not working 100%.
Went back to front desk and was told that we caused the issue (within 5 mins of entering room).
Finally, front desk called the maintenance guy, who told everyone that the pipes were plugged from the water calcification. Not our fault!

Close to 5th avenue and so very noisy at night from the 3 nightclubs.

Depends on what you prefer for your vacation

Great location, good value for the money. The main issue is the noise from the surrounded clubs. The music plays at full volume until 4am.

Great location and the rooms are nice

The staff at the location is super sweet and helpful, it does stay pretty loud until 3 am so if that's a deal breaker then don't book here. Thr location is super central to everything even to the buses you can book to go thw airport and other cities.

Nice place for the price

Everything was very good except the night clubs around music noises but the place the receptionist very friendly and nice and very good price for the room, we want to come back 👍👍👏❤️

The hotel is in the loudest night clubs area. The music so loud even if you use ear plugs can not prevent the noise.
The room is very dirty, the mattress has some yellow spots due to urine or something else. the sink was leaking, and the air conditioner was dripping water on the bed.
I was supposed to stay for seven days, since i could not sleep because of the noise and water dripping on the bed, i asked for refund and leave the building. The representative of the hotel refused to refund me. Since i care about my health, I left the building and stayed at a different and much better hotel.
In that hotel, even if they offer me free to stay, i would never stay. If possible i would like to grade it negative 100 . I call it the worst hotel/

Bueno para el precio que uno paga. El personal bastante amable. El check-in fue rápido. El ruido de las discotecas alrededor es el único problema por lo que si te hospedas acá es por que quieres festejar!

Its perfect if you need to sleep and shower. Some noise from surrounding bars does xome through but i had no issues other than that. Front desk people are very kind and helpful, we enjoyed talking with them.

This property is next to the loudest venue in Playa del Carmen The bass was incessant The music played until 3. Impossible to sleep until then.

The property should have had the decency to let potential customers know on their website. Paid for two nights, stayed one.
