Hotel fine staff rude and raciest

The staff was rude . They turned heat up in pool area so we could leave out then once their family got to the pool taking up the area they fix temp

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The laundry room worked. The breakfast was fresh and hot and I liked they had meat and protein options on the Continental breakfast. Housekeeping great!
