Ein wirklich fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen natürlichen Umgebung und überzeugt mit einer sehr schönen Architektur und einer einladenden Lobby. Besonders der Innenhof ist sehr charmant und sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, der Service stets schnell und sehr freundlich. Auch die Bar ist absolut empfehlenswert – die Drinks waren hervorragend. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist ebenfalls top: Der Pool ist groß und perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Saunas sind sehr gemütlich.

Ein besonderes Highlight war, dass wir sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade für unser Zimmer bekommen haben – eine wirklich tolle Überraschung und ein großartiger Service!

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Excelente experiência no Hotel Arte da Natureza – Bonito/MS

Adoramos a nossa estadia no hotel e toda a equipe que nos atendeu. Todos, sem exceção, foram extremamente atenciosos, educados e demonstraram grande profissionalismo durante todo o período.
A estrutura do hotel é muito bonita, moderna e muito bem conservada. As áreas comuns são agradáveis e transmitem um ótimo clima de descanso, exatamente o que buscamos após os passeios em Bonito.
O café da manhã merece um destaque especial: é excelente! Muito variado, bem servido e com produtos de ótima qualidade — é preciso até se segurar para não exagerar.
Gostaria também de reforçar o excelente trabalho da equipe da recepção. Todos foram muito profissionais, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Vocês têm realmente uma equipe diferenciada.

Cons:

• Cardápio do restaurante: talvez fosse interessante incluir algumas opções de refeições mais leves no jantar, como caldos, sopas ou saladas com proteína. Após um dia intenso de passeios, muitas vezes o hóspede prefere algo mais leve para a noite.
• Ralo do chuveiro: percebemos um odor mais forte vindo do ralo, possivelmente relacionado à ausência ou funcionamento do sifão. Talvez orientar as camareiras a manter o ralo vedado após a limpeza possa ajudar a minimizar o problema. No entanto, é importante observar que, se o hóspede não perceber isso, pode haver risco de alagamento no banheiro.

Umweltschutz: Tücher wurden täglich gewechselt, sogar, wenn sie noch nicht benutzt worden waren.

Achei o atendimento da recepção bem fria e não muito receptiva, diferente do atendimento do restaurante e bares. Sugiro uma humanização e acolhimento maior no atendimento.
