café da manhã muito bom e estruturafísica do hotel espetacular, principalmente a area nova

a apartamento excellence não tinha Tv smart , pra quem viaja com criança é um item indispensavel . A organização das brincadeiras infantis precisa ser melhor organizada.

Café da manhã com pessoas muito atenciosas. Piscina maravilhosa.

Cons:

Ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou, mesmo com vários pedidos ( sendo o último as 22:00. Esta pessoa nos comunicou que iria acionar a equipe responsável.....e não retornou mais ), porta de acesso ao quarto apresentando falhas. O rapaz que foi enviado para nos atender, confessou não saber nada sobre tal problema e que iria procurar a equipe...A falta de sensibilidade da recepção em atender com cordialidade.
