晚餐供應不足，時間長。渡假酒店沒有按摩服務及渡假設施。
酒店整體還可以，但好像缺人手保養，泳池(內外)都沒救生員，泳池吧亦棄置，得地方大字，假期亦很冷清

风景还可以，早餐吃的很少，但是人少，很安静
房間非常清潔，景觀一流，只是餐飲選擇不多，尤其喜歡它的室外游泳池及玻璃教堂
Rather sub-standard breakfast, no omelette stand! Dinner buffet was good, included sashimi, grilled meat and fish, and beer. Cost per head: 98 CNY (Sun-Thu) and 138 CNY (Fri-Sat). Indoor poor and gym were closed when we visited, which was disappointing, should have been notified in advance. There's pretty much no services in the area around the hotel,hardly any restaurants, grocery stores or entertainment activities. There's a nice public jogging track around the lake.
刚刚去到的时候发现房间阳台好多烟头（证明没有打扫干净）后来只能打电话叫前台来人清洁，但是服务态度挺好的，后来中午去了中餐厅吃88元的自助餐，上餐速度简直是龟速…半个小时都不上一个汤面！晚餐128元，菜式非常少，感觉不值得
我喜歡酒店清潔寧靜小朋友設施配套完善，職員用心的服務態度非常友善；直通香港交通時間安排滿意, 餐膳服務多元化主題配合節日氣氛。
风景挺好，服务好，总体来说不错
国庆节入住两晚，小朋友觉得非常喜欢，户外水上乐园玩的不亦乐乎，还有电影和环湖游船。环湖自行车有点坑，因为道路实在是不适合骑行。自助晚餐还可以，有大闸蟹和音乐live。这里的服务人员态度都很友好
訂房要求了相連房，入住酒店卻沒有安排。
整體感覺酒店舊了。
Fair location with nice view
国庆期间入住，价格肯定是贵的了，但是没想到卖价含税1600左右竟然不含早，而且页面没有无早提示，也没有其他含早的套餐选择，去到现场有点措手不及，前台办理入住时又说查不到我订的是大床房，还要求我出具网站订购记录给她，看到后也是等了好久才能给到房间给我，效率有点低，五星级酒店这样的服务有点失望啊！酒店环境是可以的，亲子设施多齐全，就是节假日期间人手不足，服务不到位，有点失望。

I like the indoor pool BUT the facility seems getting old in the changing room
We had problems to get all device connected to WiFi at the room. A call to operator already fixed our problem. Good service. There is a low power USB outlet on the working table that make my upset a little bit, though.
Worst 5 star hotel ever stay in. The below are reasons why I made such claim :
1) Hotel common area has got no air conditioning
2) went for high tea where the waitress was playing her mobile ignore asking if people require her service
3) high tea starts at 1400hrs and waited for at least 15minutes
4) don't provide transport to the "beach" and one is required to pay for the buggy.
5) swimming pools are catered for the paying public
6) room air conditioner is not cold and cannot be controlled
7) no ventilation in the toilet
The room was decent size, the service was good, but the place was little dirty. Light bulb was out and conditioning was broken. I have to suffer on the first night. And return i got a plate of fruit. LOL
