レセプションスタッフの対応が悪い。
4日間宿泊するが朝食が種類も少なく同じメニューが多い。
朝食スタッフが奥で話し込んでいる対応が遅い
ロビーのトイレが使用出来ない。
ランドリーが有料で洗濯と乾燥は別、各20元必要
クリーニングが高く仕上げが間違っている。

Great location. A shopping mall right beside it. Was extremely convenient. Loved the hotel.

部屋は広く清潔で、食器等も整っている。朝食も多彩でおいしかった。

This was my second time at Citadines Intime City Hangzhou. The room is clear and comfortable, with simple cooking facilities. Location is right next to Intimen City where you can shop and have your meals

房間很大，但是離西湖還有一段距離，搭車大概35元。總體還是挺乾淨的，而且設施也跟酒店差不多，還有自助早餐也是不錯的

There is no English speaker.
They use translate app so communication is not available but not easy.
Breakfast is not bad.
Room is so big and there’s no gown and bathtub.

The property is located next to a large shopping mall with many good restaurants. The room is nice and clean. The only disadvantage is the lack of public transport and the nearest metro station is about 10-15 minutes away by walking.

Large and clean rooms. Feel welcomed when you are in the room.

酒店Wifi速度很慢，基本不能使用。
酒店内空调设定的恒温，不能自行调节。白天房间里会有些闷热。
地理位置因为在城西银泰，所以周边购物很方便。

This hotel is a little out of the way but right in the biggest shopping center I ever saw.. The apartment was snug and cozy with our own frig, stove and dishes. We had a great time.

The sliding closet door in our room was broken and could not be opened.

The stay at the hotel was a great experience. I stayed at the hotel for three weeks. The room was very nice, clean and modern. The employees was friendly, helpful and their English was okay. The gym and breakfast was also good, but I missed some healthy alternatives as unsweeted yoghurt or more bread options.

Citadines Intime, Hangzhou has most of the thing traveller asked for. Room is good and big. comes with fully function kitchen . A little difficult to locate since I arrived late at night. Hotel is part of a huge shopping Mall. I walked around the mall during the day almost empty but it alive on weekend.

Bad point is the location. No train station and taxi. need frontdesk to help call for taxi booking.

The room price included only one breakfast which I think I would prefer doing without with a cheaper room rate. Breakfast per pax about USD10 I think

Sehr hilfreiches und aufmerksames Personal, wir wurden sogar vom Hotel zu unserem Kunden gefahren, weil wir kein Taxi bekommen haben. Sehr guter Kaffee zum Frühstück. Sehr gutes Italienisches Restaurant nebenan. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Stayed 3/12-3/15. Situated in a large shopping center the hotel is one of the grouped buildings. Access to food, transportation and sites.

Hotels are large and cleanly. Feels like a studio apartment.
Front desk staff went the extra mile to help out a American visiting. (Joy and ladon at front desk)

酒店整潔、簡單、時尚、房間足夠採光，地點方便，旁邊有大型商場，不同風格餐廳，價格合理，值得一提，保安很好，附近也沒有品流複雜的問題！

Stay at this hotel multiple times. Very clean and comfortable. Like that it is in the same property as one of the biggest mall in Hangzhou.
