100% recomendable a pocos pasos de la plaza mayor
Pros:

La ubicación excelente en el mismo centro, siendo un edificio histórico muy bien conservado. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación doble tenía dos camas individuales (cuyos somieres hacían bastante ruido al moverte), nos hubiera gustado una cama doble. Y la luz en el baño, muy indirecta para crear un ambiente acogedor, pero algo insuficiente para verte bien en el espejo.

Pros:

El diseño de las habitaciones no corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas parecía un hostal. Palacio muy bonito, recepción y planta baja muy bonito, pero las habitaciones muy cutres.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son pequeñas muy antiguas, parece la habitación de un hostal a precio de 4 estrellas.

Cons:

Las 2 camas con ruedas no puedes moverte pues corren por toda la avitacion. El lavabo entra las camas y el armario la ducha en el pasillo y el inodoro y el bidé enfrentados en un armario.
Es un chiste que esa avitacion la pongan en alquiler. Y encima con ventana con vistas al cielo.

Lovely hotel in an historic 17th Century palace, beautifully restored to a high level of comfort.
Pros:

We were given what I think was the honeymoon suite. It was enormous and had a very large bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a very slippery floor when wet which was hazardous. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Pola who offered to change our room.

Cons:

We were travelling with our dog and were not allowed in the main restaurant but were allowed in the breakfast room, which was rather bleak so we chose to have room service instead. The food was so-so

Fantastic stay in a beautiful building
Pros:

It is a beautiful palace and in a great location in Plasencia. The staff was lovely. The room was quite comfortable.

Leuk hotel in gezellig stadje!
Pros:

Entourage van het hotel.

Cons:

Toeslag voor de hond is hoog. Is niet nodig want er is geen extra schoonmaak nodig, de vloer op de kamers van betonciré. Je mag niet met hond in restaurant (logisch) maar je mag je huisdier ook niet op de kamer laten… je mag je auto niet op het plein voor de deur parkeren. Optie is in de garage van hotel om de hoek. (Niet makkelijk te vinden, geen bordje van het hotel op de poort), voor 18€ per nacht. Of buiten de stadspoorten, dat is gratis. Als je op doorreis bent laat je je niet auto buiten de stadspoorten onbeheerd staan. Keuze is dus 18€ te betalen.

Muy buena ubicación y hotel reformado.

Cons:

Las camas son muy incómodas, el colchón es de muelles de hace muchos años y no hay ventana en la habitación.
