Pros:

Wonderful location, great staff, lovely view and close to everything in Sidney. Very relaxing stay.

Price is very expensive- must have risen since their renos.

Lovely stay in an excellent hotel with great views and friendly staff
Pros:

Great location, lovely spacious room with fantastic view. Comfortable beds and lovely, immaculate bathroom

Cons:

Would have been good to have some water supplied in the minibar/fridge. Also, we had a fancy coffee maker with assorted coffee pods and tea bags supplied but no means of making tea e.g. kettle

Newly refurbished it is a beautiful design and very lovely

The light fixture, mirror and table/chairs were not aligned. Really hard for a Type A personality

Very clean rooms, friendly cleaning staff and front desk staff helpful regarding restaurant choices.

Cons:

The fact that the billing was to be emailed to me because of computer problems. However, I had to remind them and then my bill was sent to my sister.

Wonderful stay, would come back!
Pros:

It was so quiet! One of the quietest I’ve ever stayed at! We also loved the sliding door window and our ocean view! The beds were good too.

Cons:

Only thing was no room service available as they don’t have a hotel-owned restaurant.

A Beautiful Place to Stay
Pros:

The Sydney Pier Hotel is stunning. It was recently remodeled and updated and great thought went into the design. The rooms are generously sized with inviting furniture, beautiful bathrooms, and a view of the water. Staff at reception are friendly and remember you. Outside there is a walk along the water front and a pier. I can't wait to go back.
