They accepted my dog, and I was able to come and go at all hours so he could relieve himself. The gym was awesome, and of course, Sidney is a lively little town.
I wished we'd had a proper on suite kitchen, but none was available with my late booking. We managed, though!

The location was pretty good. The room was nicely set up and decorated. The view from the room was nice.
They wouldn't give us enough coffee (and didn't even offer us the ability to pay for more coffee). When paying nearly $500 for a night in a hotel room it would be nice to not be nickel-and-dimed.
While expensive the Sidney Pier Hotel offers an unparalleled location in the sweet town of Sidney, BC. The rooms are large, very elegantly furnished and well equipped. Lovely Nespresso coffee machine! Beds are super comfy and the soap/lotion products of excellent quality. We always leave feeling like we had a day at a spa retreat - even if we don't use the spa which is also wonderful.

I loved everything about it. The location is excellent and across the road from the beach and walking distance to everything. The room was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The fluffy soft robes and slippers in the room made me feel at home. It is also conveniently adjacent to a coffee shop and bakery that opens 7 am in the morning if you feel like an early morning coffee and snack. I have only good things to say about the hotel. I would love to go back for a longer stay at the hotel.
We always stay at this hotel in Sidney as we feel so welcomed by the staff. The location is excellent and makes for easy walking throughout the town and down by the ocean. Our room is always clean and it's very nice to have a coffee shop in the lobby. Food is excellent!
Cosy, comfortable, well appointed, coffee machine and kettle and all other amenities present including very fluffy robes.

No problems with the hotel itself which was excellent.
Shame there were no restaurants run by the hotel on site. Had lunch in the independent restaurant on site and could not get mayonnaise to go with my salad with two servers, had to have a third before I received some and food of very dubious quality.
Great location on the waterfront. A place where locals and tourists alike walk their dogs and enjoy expansive views and great service.
