Pros:

An established hotel/resort with attention to detail. At check in a screen door had issues. A singular call and handled. Bathrobes in the closet....nice

Pros:

The Montreal is located across from the beach! The views from our balcony were awesome. Our room was spacious, clean and the kitchenette worked well! Everything you need is walkable.The pool, staff and shuttle were amazing!

Good for short stay before summer season
Pros:

We had the no frills room. But when opening the curtains we could see the ocean from our third floor room. The room was clean and we were across the street from the beach. Beach Ave.

Cons:

This room was to small for two queen beds and two chairs in the room. You only could watch TV from sitting on the bed. The two chairs were against the wall facing one of the beds. No room to move it. Also the room was on a corner and we had to keep curtain shut because people were walking by night and day. This room should have one bed and two chairs in it only.

The office team, all three I spoke to in person were very nice, helpful.

The wheels on the luggage cart were lame. I had a few heavy bags that took a lot of effort to move.
