Nettes Personal, gute Lage, leckeres varierendes Frühstück. Tägliche Reinigung. Schön Sitzecken und tolle Dachterrasse.
Gute Lage im historischen Zentrum. Der Flughafentransfer hat gut geklappt.
Zimmer sind dunkel und etwas muffig und eher karg eingerichtet.
Was man sollte nach 19 Uhr ist die Gegend etwas ausgestorben.

The two gentlemen on reception work extremely hard to make sure everyone’s needs are happily met. The cleaners were always so good at their job and always had a smile on their face and would always say hello. And everyone else that worked there was always happy. I would definitely stay here again

Lage sehr nahe an der Plaza Grande.
Das gebuchte 20m2 Zimmer war gar nicht verfügbar. So haben wir letztlich das kleinere 15m2 Zimmer überzahlt. Das wurde durch den ansonsten freundlichen Service ausgeglichen.

The staff here are amazing. They really care about your experience and go above and beyond to take care of you. Great location in the old city. Walk to everything and tours will pick up and drop off from here. Lovely old well-maintained property with loads of charm and beautiful views from the public shared terraces. Great breakfast if you are not leaving too early for the breakfast start time of 730am. Staff will make coffee to go if you are leaving too early for breakfast. Reading lights and sockets by beds. Good hot water. I actually stayed here again on my way back through Quito and will come back here in the future. Very secure once inside the front door.
Don't stay in the front rooms on the street side as it is unbelievably noisy. I first was in the loft which is an amazing space but impossible to sleep in due to the noise and vibration from the street. They let me move rooms after the first disastrous night thankfully but were unable to offer a discount for the lesser expensive rooms as I had booked the loft for three nights.
Limpio, bien ubicado
Cuando llegué me dijeron que no tenían disponible la habitación compartida porque estaban en obras. Me ofrecían una privada por 5 dólares más. Ya les expliqué que eso no era mi problema, que no me habían avisado antes y eso que habíamos estado en contacto el día anterior. La solución fue no subirme el precio, darme la privada y quitarme el desayuno. No discutí, no me fui , cansada del viaje y acepté. Pero no me gustó el trato.
Staff is amazing. Very attentive, present, efficient, transparent. Location is very close to the main square.
Sometimes we could hear very clearly from other rooms or from the central hotel area.
