Le lieu est exceptionnel, près du Centre historique. La vue sur la statue de la Vierge Marie est magnifique. L’endroit est rempli de fleurs. Le personnel est très courtois.
Le matelas avait de l’âge, odeur dans la salle de bain.

I had a super comfortable stay. The staff were very accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and my room was clean and comfy.
I was expecting to have access to a kitchen and a kettle, but this is more of a hotel than a hostel.

It has so much character. Older though really nice. So many places to sit & enjoy the views. Rooftop & balconies. Flowers all around.

The room was comfortable size as advertised. The bed and pillows were soft and we slept well. It is a quiet street and the room was also quiet and good for resting.
The shower did not really get hot, only warm. Sometimes there would hot water for a few seconds then barely warm again. We tried several tricks to get hot water (use low pressure, turn off ffor short period then on for hot water, run for long time to wait for hot, etc) but it stayed only warm. Our Spanish language skills are basic so we did not try to explain the problem to the hotel staff.
Big old house with a rooftop sitting area, free filtered water and good breakfast including natural fruit juice. Staff is helpful and the historic center is a short walk away.

Many stairs. Perhaps offer, if possible lower level floors for people asking for that. Stairs are narrow and difficult to carry luggage.

Friendly staff and a good location. The room was clean and big, there was hot water and a nice breakfast.
The room was above the main courtyard so it was quite loud with the bell and people having breakfast/being in the courtyard. The only window also faced onto the courtyard/corridor so there wasn't much privacy. The shower also leaked.
The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and gave great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. The free breakfast is delicious. The rooftop was nice to hang out on. They provide free water.
We have some suggestions for improvements for the room, because if these things are improved, it could be so much better. I wish we had a better stay because the staff is so friendly and kind, but we did not. Our room smelled like sewer backup that was coming up from the floor drain/toilet in the bathroom. It also smelled like mold and the room felt damp. The shower door leaked water over the floor and the toilet tank was making a hissing sound. The mattress felt like springs and the pillows were thin. We would not stay here again.

Hooks and hangers!! How else to hang anything. Loft below ceiling extremely dangerous to bump head. Paint a different color or something for eyes to catch before disaster. Lastly, confirmation did not say sharing bath. I could have had single room with bath at same price with a bigger bed. Your description could be more overt. The door noise in the sharing corner not nice.
