It was clean
It was pretty expensive
Service was rude, broken beer bottle near reception desk and no one was cleaning it. For the amount of money they charge they should provide free breakfast. The bathroom was dirty, shower wasn't working well, and cracks.
This hotel is conveniently located off I-40 and is a perfect retreat for travelers. There is a bar and restaurant on site with indoor and outdoor lounge areas that allow you to relax or just enjoy the moment. The staff were pleasant, the rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfy!
The room was very clean. The lobby was exceptional.
The bed was extremely hard.
The Hilton website describes this hotel as having full-size refrigerators in every room. I was traveling with some things that needed to remain frozen so chose this hotel for that feature. Upon checking in and getting to my room, I found that there was only a mini fridge. I wentdown to the desk to see if I could move to a room that did have a full-size refrigerator. The desk clerk advised me that none of the rooms had full-size refrigerators. when I showed her the description of the hotel on Hilton‘s app, she just shrugged her shoulders and offered no solution or even an apology.. Fortunately, I was able to acquire some dry ice at a store down the street. Very disappointed that nobody at this hotel has ever audited the website. Clearly the details are not important to the management of this hotel. Also very disappointed with the desk, clerks attitude about the misinformation on the website.
