Good location, friendly staff and quite quiet (except for occasional noise of the doors opening/closing from other rooms but nothing terrible.

Cons:

The heating system. It was very cold and heating itself was very dirty. Didn't really work either even when we followed written directions. Also the glass door in a bathroom located right in front of the toilet.

Pros:

Abbastanza comodo (molta salita per arrivare in centro). Purtroppo i siti di mappe fanno fare dei giri assurdi ma conviene guardare la mappa e seguire dove ci sono le strade.

Cons:

Struttura più simile a un ostello. Corridoi che sanno di orina di animali pieni di macchie. Pulizia bassa (ketchup sui muri, peli in bagno). Il condizionatore non funzionava, usciva aria fredda e la stanza era sempre a 18 gradi. Ci siamo lamentati più volte, ottenendo solo che venisse impostato da loro e poi riavviato 2 volte a distanza, per poi alla fine ottenere non un cambio di camera, bensì un termosifone elettrico non regolabile che ci ha tenuto svegli la notte ad attaccarlo e staccarlo. Non lo consiglio.

Pros:

Die Lage war super, innerhalb weniger Minute ist man am Bahnhof oder in der Innenstadt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir hatten ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen.

Die Betten hätten etwas bequemer sein können.

Excellent location and great value for money
Pros:

Brilliant location for walking to pubs/bars nearby. We went to the O2 academy and it was 15 minute walk which was ideal for us. Friendly staff, complimentary water at the reception and rooms were exactly what we needed for 1 night.

Cons:

Only downfall was the bed which was small for me and my partner but that’s the only thing I didn’t like and wouldn’t prevent me staying in the future
