If you’re looking for a low quality stay but decent location then this would be the choice for you.
Pros:

The receptionist was very polite and welcoming when we arrived at the hotel.

Cons:

Disappointed with the quality of the room as there were dents in the wall, marks on the floor, open wiring beside the mirror and the curtain was not fully attached to the curtain pole. The bed mattress was comfortable but very thin pillows.
