It was a one night stay before my daughters wedding bed was comfortable but only one very shallow pillow available

Very noisy area, on the front street, very hot room and the air con is above the door in a nook on its own so doesnt cool the room

Very good, worth the price
Pros:

Location of the room was good, and the room was generally very clean had a small problem with the key cards not working but nothing that couldn't be fixed and the staff were very nice

Cons:

The room layout was very odd there were mirrors everywhere but none of them were in a good place to use and the was no chair in the room. Also the only plug sockets that werent by the bed was on the middle of a wall that was near nothing. Just generally had an odd layout

Budget stay, clean, comfortable and enhanced our visit to the area .
Pros:

Been here before, again, a basic comfortable place to get cleaned up and sleep. Right in the centre of town, all just what we look for, a basecamp for visiting somewhere. Late night reception helpful and courteous especially to a none customer who was struggling to find a room somewhere late at night while we were waiting. Very reassuring as to the service we may receive if in difficulty. The morning receptionist was

This room we were in had a sloping ceiling and it was small so gave a claustrophobic feel when standing on the confined side of the bed, but okay once in bed. No room for a table or desk. I don't think it had a nightstand either. But, perfectly satisfactory as we paid very little. I have to say, there wasn't anything to complain about. I'm just adding this little comment as I'm prompted to by this review format. All was good and added to our enjoyable stay in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Chambres propres, avec l’espace nécessaire. Lit confortable, même pour les personnes avec des problèmes au lombaires.

Cons:

La chambre est très très mal insonorisée. On entend toute la rue, les voitures, les oiseaux, les gens, les bars, les restaurants, etc. Impossible de s’endormir ! Je me suis endormis vers 3h ou 4h du matin, seulement une fois que le bruit avait cessé dans la rue. L’hôtel devrait sérieusement songer à changer ses fenêtres pour mettre quelque chose de totalement insonorisé.
