Excelente ubicación
Good location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, quiet location, not much noise outside. Close to bus stops if you need it. The Windows have an automatic blackout, it keeps the room dark in the morning. The room had a keetle with some tea bags, a small fridge, a sink, a hair dryer and a safe (paid to use).
The room is decor is a bit outdated. The doubled bed is actually two single beds together, but comfortable beds. Shower heads are old, maybe needs a bit cleaning to unblock the holes but overall it holds a good pressure and hot water.
Breakfast could be better, not much options and not very fresh.

This hotel has seen better times. Everything works but also everything is a bit broken. For example the lifts have an inspection sticker showing "grave faults" since October 2025. Tiles broken, efficient illumination, old towels, and so on. In general a travel back in time to 1995.
Oh they charge you to use the safe in the room!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the sea. The room and bed were large and spacious.
The staff was not particularly friendly and rather outdated by modern times... the atmosphere in the hotel is about the same, it seems like you are a few decades ago... Although it is a 4-star hotel where you expect to be served with great kindness, we felt like we were being done a favor by being welcomed into this hotel, even though we paid a fairly substantial amount. In the age of digitalization, it is still practiced to keep cash guarantees for towels, I had to withdraw money from the hotel's ATM for this with a fairly high commission.

Hotel is in an excellent location . Close to everything , yet quiet at night. Bus stop just behind hotel with express running every half hour to airport. Staff were excellent from check in staff to clean staff. Friendly, helpful and polite. Room was cleaned daily with sheet and towel change as needed. Didn't avail of the food so can't comment on that. But would definitely recommend hotel. Will definitely be back.
Stayed here for three nights as a solo traveller. Initially booked a single room but it was surprised to get a double room on the end of a corridor. Room is very spacious two single beds pushed together lots of storage space clean bathroom with bath shower bidet toilet and sink. The stuff on reception are very professional. I’ve got me checked in within five minutes. I didn’t experience the food to you so can’t comment. It is very quiet at night but for trips out it is very close to the seafront and all the shop bars and restaurants. Accommodation in Tenerife isn’t the cheapest at the moment so this one can be got for about £80 a night room only but is not bad deal. If I came to this area again, I would definitely stay in this hotel.
