Belle chambre: le lit est confortable.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le prix indiqué. La distance entre la réception et notre chambre, si vous rentrez la nuit, sans véhicules: l’accès n’est pas top.
Manque de machine à café dans la chambre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Le manque d’équipement. 1 seul miroir dans tout l’appartement, ce n’est pas pratique du tout. Le petit-déjeuner mal réapprovisionner et pas à la auteur d’un 4 étoiles, peu de choix. Le pire est que la réception est fermé après 00h. Nous avons attendons 15 min dans le froid avant qu’un garde (ne parlant pas anglais) nous ouvre. Au moment de partir à 4h, nous avons dû laisser nos cartes de l’hôtel à deux jeunes filles puisque l’accueil était fermé.

Cons:

Séjour très frustrant. Les équipements sont mal pensés : aucune prise près d'un miroir (ni dans la salle de bain, ni dans la chambre) pour utiliser un lisseur ou se préparer correctement.
Le petit-déjeuner est indigne d'un 4 étoiles : peu de choix et buffet mal approvisionné. Mais le pire reste le service : l’hôtel est totalement fermé après minuit. Nous avons attendu 15 minutes dans le froid avant qu'un garde (ne parlant pas anglais) nous ouvre. Enfin, au moment de partir à 4h pour notre vol, personne à la réception pour le check-out. Un manque de professionnalisme total. Je ne recommande pas.

Je n'hésiterai pas à y séjourner à nouveau.
Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel très agréable, arboré et très bien indiqué. Personnel professionnel et accueillant.
Chambre très propre.
Petit déjeuner très diversifié et de très bonne qualité.
Je le recommanderai.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Estrutura do hotel e conforto do quarto.

Cons:

Fui para uma festa e quando voltei o hotel estava fechado, tive que ligar num número que estava na porta e o funcionário demorou 5 min para chegar e abrir a porta. Ninguem avisou que a entrada fechava depois da meia noite.

85€ por uma noite num suposto hotel de 4 estrelas.
Chão e devidas carpetes do quarto completamente sujos, papel higiénico usado, e pêlos na banheira.
Pequeno almoço incluído com pouca ou nada variedade de comida.
Se não estivesse tão exausta do trabalho teria ido embora.
Experiência definitivamente a não repetir.
