Cuidado te cancelan la reserva sin mas !!! Personal desagradable y nada resolutivo, desastre absolut

El tamaño de las habitaciones, nada mas y gracias.

Cons:

La recepción del hotel absolutamente desastrosa, nos cancelaron una reserva CONFIRMADA con la tarjeta al 100% y nos dijeron que lo hicieron porque no les confirmaba esa misma tarjeta que si lo hizo en otra reserva que teniamos 5 dias despues.
Lo peor fue la desidia del personal, pasando de nosotros incluso riendose y sin dar ninguna solución. Llamamos a Booking y nos dijeron que si estaba totalmente confirmada, pero el hotel ni queria hablar con ellos y si lo hacian decian que el sistema lo habia cancelado y ya no disponian de habitaciones.
Tuvimos que irnos a mas de 110km de Montreal porque toda la ciudad estaba sin disponibilidad en ningun hotel :-(.
Repito, lo de la recepcion fue VERGONZOSO, la persona que nos atendió era surrealista, parecia que estaba fumado, y no habia nadie mas, ni un responsable ni nada, demencial de verdad, es que no se ni como contarlo de lo increiblemente desastroso que fue.
En la segunda reserva, ya sin problemas, el hotel no esta mal, pero la gestion muy, muy mala, personal muy desagradable, no te ayudan en nada, ni los buenos dias te dan y el desayuno muy simplon.
Tiene todo para ser un gran hotel, pero estos detalles te hacen huir de el, corriendo !!!!

L'Hotel est situé près des garnds artères , ce qui facilite les déplacements . La chambre était spacieuse et propre , l 'hotel est bien tenu et la réception était bonne et efficace .

Cons:

Le déjeuner est très ordinaire , pas de choix dans le type de pain , céréales , aucun fruits frais tranchés et le café est banal .

Pésimo trato, nos cancelaron la habitación y decían que estaban llenos.

Al llegar al hotel nos informaron de que no había ninguna habitación disponible para nosotros, ya que el establecimiento había cancelado nuestra reserva a través de Booking sin avisarnos previamente. El empleado que nos atendió mantuvo una actitud poco profesional, riéndose repetidamente ante la situación, y finalmente nos indicó que su turno había terminado y que debíamos esperar al siguiente compañero. Decía que estaban llenos y que no podía hacer nada. Eran las 11 de la noche. Por suerte, el otro compañero consiguió solucionarlo y nos alojó en una suite que estaba en reformas y que, además, tenía goteras.

Grand hôtel avec de grandes chambres, de grandes salles de bains, un parking, et super bien placé

Cons:

Nous avions 2 chambres, c'est un grand hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement, une maintenance des équipements devrait être plus poussée : dans une chambre, paroi de douche déglinguée, clim qui ne s'arrête jamais et tourne au plus fort, pas de Vmc dans l'autre chambre!
Sur les parties communes ce serait bien aussi de donner un petit coup de neuf, et gros point noir, le petit déjeuner qui, en plus d'être très simple, ne propose pas de bons produits

Un très bon hôtel à proximité de Montréal

J'ai aimé l'emplacement facile d'accès, le parking suffisamment grand, la présence de restaurants autour, la propreté et le petit-déjeuner.

They located us in the first floor. It was too loud. We could hear the kitchen, the people going in and out with the suitcase and everyone talking. One of the washroom light wasn’t working and the pressure in the shower was minimal, we had to take the shower head off to make it better
