The building was great, staff not so great.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, while the room was large with a vintage feel that screamed luxury. Loved the stay

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact the cleaner was knocking on my door at 8:30 am. Prior to 8:30 am I could hear them chatting and moving equipment.

We hadden de presidential suite geboekt, maar deze was niet meer beschikbaar zodat wij een upgrade naar de executive suite kregen. Dit bleek direct de grootste suite van het hotel te zijn. Deze was zeer ruim en schoon.
Het personeel bij de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. Er was meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Buen hotel para ir con coche.
Pros:

Es un buen hotel para una noche,( tratandose de Canadá,) si llevas coche, porque está muy lejos del centro. Cama muy cómoda con abundancia de almohadas, la habitación (suite familiar) muy amplia y bien amueblada. El baño también muy amplio, muchas toallas, pero la ducha resbalaba mucho.

Cons:

Lo lejos que está del centro de montreal. El desayuno, mejorable. La limpieza también mejorable, la colcha tenía manchas, y encontramos un pelo en la cama.
