The hotel looked good, was clean and had plenty of parking space (not covered). My room was very good.
It is a good option if you are travelling by car. It is relatively close to downtown Montreal, but you still need a car/taxi/Uber because the public transit or walking alternatives are not good.
The breakfast is quite good.
I made my reservation in Booking.com, and because of that put in my credit card information. I did not change my credit card, but kept receiving calls and messages repeatedly asking my credit card info. I call the hotel myself and gave them my credit card info. They charged 50$ and I though the issue was solved, but they continue to message and call me asking for the same information. In the times we live, with so many scam calls we get daily, getting these calls asking for credit card info was very stressing and annoying. They should definitely rethink their procedures.
Would not stay here again. I forgot personal belongings in the bathroom after checkout and reached out immediately, but the hotel either ignored the issue or failed to properly check the room. Losing guest trust over something this simple is unacceptable. Extremely frustrating experience.
Location was ok to get around old Montreal to explore
We asked to have our room serviced, indicating it on the door. But it wasn’t done.
Went for breakfast at 8:10 to be told all the bacon is already finished for that day. And there’s no more omelettes either. Breakfast is supposed to run from 7am to 10am. So we weren’t even late. And who knows what people after us then had. All plates and cutlery was plastic, felt like a hostel cafeteria setting. Was horrible.

Il y’a eu 2, 3 petites erreur logistique lors de notre arrivée. La réception nous a attribué une chambre déjà occupé par un client de l’hôtel, la surprise en rentrant dans la chambre était à son comble. Les télévisions dans les chambres sont un peu dépassées, la qualité d’image est médiocre. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir connecter son compte Netflix ou autre manque cruellement pour profiter pleinement de la chambre.
