Pros:

Está ubicado en el centro colonial. Todo está cerca.
El concepto y diseño del
Hotel y habitaciones son preciosas

Cons:

La primera persona que me atendió en front desk no fue del todo servicial y amables. Es importante comprender que muchas veces les visitarán turistas que están en la ciudad por primera vez y por ende existirán preguntas de parte de los huéspedes. Hay que tomarse el tiempo para responder y guiar a los huéspedes para que tengan una linda experiencia no solo en sus instalaciones sino en la ciudad como tal.

Pros:

Es la segunda vez que llego, me encanta la ubicación que tiene, te permite ir a diferentes lugares de la zona colonial caminando. Tiene un bar restaurante que está muy lindo y muy buena comida.

La ubicación, en plena zona colonial

Cons:

No hay ascensor , tuvimos que subir al segundo piso que nos dieron las habitaciones con las maletas acuestas ,el lavabo de la habitación conforme habríamos el grifo se salía el agua por debajo, la cama súper pequeña para ser de matrimonio y súper blanda e incómoda , no dormimos en toda la noche , el desayuno que llevábamos incluido no era buffet solo te ofrecían 3 o 4 platos si querías algo diferente tenías que pagarlo aparte , lo único que tiene el bueno es el restaurante que la comida está muy buena

Nos dieron una habitación que había que subir escaleras, y con las maletas se hace muy tedioso, el desayuno es muy muy básico, la habitación pequeña

Hotel com encanto na zona colonial staff amigável
Pros:

Localização excelente, perto de tudo a andar no centro histórico e zona colonial. Staff muito prestável. Pequeno almoço ótimo. Cama confortável. A comida no bar do hotel é ótima.

Cons:

O staff no bar do hotel não estavam muito atentos.. levantei-me várias vezes para fazer o pedido e pagar depois. A minha estadia foi durante a semana, havia música mas antes das 12:00 da noite já tinha acabado.

Pros:

Super Lage, mitten in der Zona Colonial. Nach einer Nacht in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer ohne Fenster, konnten wir glücklicherweise mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern in ein grösseres mit Balkon umziehen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll. Besonders schönes Atrium und tolle Einrichtung. Gerne wieder.
