The room was good and spacious. The staff was quite helpful. The area was quite central and it was super easy to access places like Durbar Square or Garden of Dreams.

Rooms were a good size and staff were friendly, especially the lady who was on the front desk at reception and the who was around at breakfast. Location is decent.

Very well managed, reflects Nepali culture

Everyone ‘s attention to their guest’s was 100%. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was attentive like Hotel Yukhang. I became sick with the flu and it was like having private care. Chitra Karki checked on my daily and made sure I had soup and all I needed. Very impressive. Thank you everyone at a hotel Yukhang for helping me.

When arriving there was staff greeting us from the entrance and walking us to the reception desk. The receptionist was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions and showed us every room they had to offer. Taking a look into all the rooms it was super clean and smelled great. I’ve stayed in many different hotels in ktm before which always has a ciggerette smoke smell lingering but at Yukhang there was not an issue. Bathrooms were super clean, showers had hot steaming water, slippers were provided along with a load of towels, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash. Everything you need was there for you. You were easily able to contact the restaurant or reception desk easily through the phone provided in the room. The restaurant was food was delicious and quick to come. You can eat upstairs on the 5th floor or they can bring it to your room. I was able to work remotely very easily with the high speed WiFi they provide. No issues there.
