I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Yukhang,

The hospitality was outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was truly commendable. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making the stay comfortable and memorable. Its location in Thamel is also excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

A big appreciation to the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Their genuine hospitality really makes a difference. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent service in Kathmandu. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect location

Posizione centralissima a Thamel, albergo in stabile non nuovo ma totalmente ristrutturato, pulitissimo, staff molto accogliente.
Stanza molto grande con bagno.
Colazione a buffet in una sala grande e luminosa, cuoco presente per uova e simili.
Navetta aeroortuale compresa.
Siamo stati in totale 10 notti e ci torneremmo senza dubbi, difficile trovare di meglio a Katmandu anche in alberghi di categoria superiore (io ci vengo dal 1996 e ne ho provati diversi).
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Good location, good breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable and spacious room

When i arrived at Hotel Yukhang, I found something special. Tucked away in the vibrant Thamel Area, this hotel offers the perfect balance—you're just a 4-minute walk from Chetrapati Chowk and surrounded by shops and restaurants, yet the moment you step inside, the noise fades into a peaceful sanctuary.‌

The Hotel architecture is stunning. The hotel beautifully designed by Tibetan style, with intricate wood carvings and the warm charm of local bricks. It feels authentically Nepali while still offering all the modern comforts you could want.‌

Our room was spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi that kept us connected throughout our stay. The staff truly made the experience exceptional—they were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to accommodate every request we had. Whether it was arranging tours or simply offering a friendly smile, their hospitality was genuine and heartfelt.‌‌

We dined at the rooftop restaurant and were thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious with a great mix of Himalayan and Continental options, and the views over Kathmandu were unforgettable. The garden terrace was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city.‌‌
