Pros:

The place was nice, the staff was very professional and the house cleaning lady was kind. The rooms were big very comfortable I didn't want to leave 😀

Nice business hotel for the area
Pros:

We stayed here one night for a business event and it was clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and there is a restaurant and bar on site though we didn’t use it. We ate instead at Hobee’s next door.

Our only gripe is the parking. You have to pay separately via app and it was confusing. There doesn’t seem to be any difference between parking for public or room guests.

I paid for overnight, my receipt said it expired at 10:53 am (even though I paid at 12:30) then the next morning at 9:15 I got a text saying it was expiring in 15 minutes. The staff don’t really understand how it works yet so they couldn’t help.

Other than that it’s a quiet clean place, close to Stanford and plenty of places to eat.

Great Service!
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. My room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and they have a great indoor pool. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Enjoyed staying in Palo Alto.
Pros:

Parking was plentiful. The hotel was comfortable.

Cons:

Would like to have known that the pool was out of commission because the indoor pool was the reason we booked this hotel anyway. Would also have appreciated breakfast included in the price.
