The room was clean but not exceptional.

Cons:

For the price they provided NO amenities. No shower cap even. The room service menu was expensive and limited. Plus it was much farther from the airport than I expected even though the location is called central airport plaza.

La limpieza, la atención y la ubicación, excelente. Lo unico es que el transporte desde el aeropuerto llegada cada hora o más y estábamos muy cansados del viaje, tuvimos que esperar bastante. Todo los demás un 10

Si tienen la oportunidad,busquen otro hospedaje
Pros:

La locación es buena porque al estar dentro de la plaza tienes acceso a comida rápida y tiendas departamentales,si hay transporte público cercano pero locales me comentaron que esa zona,no es muy segura.

Cons:

El personal de recepción puede mejorar para ser más amable,y también deberían mejorar sus procesos de capacitación para que provean la información necesaria,yo salí un sábado y al regresar estaba cerrado el acceso por el estacionamiento(y como el estacionamiento de la plaza está cerrado tienes que caminar hasta la entrada de la plaza cosa que a mí no me parece nada cómodo). Las habitación se miraba super descuidada y la limpieza no era muy buena. Si llevan vehículo,vale la pena que pregunten primero y no se confíe como yo (creyendo que la llave te da acceso o algún guardia de seguridad)

La mejor opción si quieres ir al GNP pero también hacerlo de una forma cómoda.
Pros:

El personal de recepción super amable, util, servicial, con una buena capacitación sobre lo que es servicio al huésped.
El personal de alimentos y bebidas muy atento y agradable.
Las frutas del buffet frescas y con buen color.
El teléfono de la habitación no servía e inmediatamente lo cambiaron.
El servicio al aeropuerto es un super plus.
Las camas cómodas y la habitación con un tamaño perfecto.
Amé que estuviera conectado directamente a la plaza sin tener que salir a la calle. Me hizo tener seguridad en un lugar que no conocía.

Cons:

Que no podía ver canales atractivos en la tele. Deberían tener la opción de poder proyectar desde tu teléfono por lo menos.
El aroma del jabón casi no se sentía. También que no tuvieran más que un solo servicio para una taza de café. De ahí en fuera todo bien.
