Великолепное место, чисто, красиво, персонал очень дружелюбный, всегда старались помочь как могли. Очень простое заселение. Бассейн на крыше этототдельное место в сердечке. Номера убирают каждый день. Безумно удобные кровати, мы великолепно выспались. Рядом много очень вкусных ресторанов, магазин, все очень удобно.

The hotel was nice and clean, the ocean view from the room is quite nice, quite place to relax and stroll along the beach

It is quite far from the city and popular beach so prepare to travel up to an hour or more by Taxi to popular tourist attractions

Overpriced
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the location is near a bus stop and is an inexpensive taxi ride from the airport

Cons:

The club lounge was very disappointing as were the other amenities. The pool was small and while part of it was heated, it was still freezing to get in or out and the roof was very very windy with nowhere to be warm for those who were not swimming. The rooftop pub was also out of most beverages. There is also a charge (3000 won) for pool towels, so most guests seemed to use their robes instead (so hopefully they wash them well since they're full of chlorine!).

very, very happy with the stay - great value for money
Pros:

For once in my travels (or one might say travails) in South Korea, the front desk staff were actually helpful and committed to customer service. Our booking turned out to be a bit more complex than expected (we had to extend by a night) but with the staff's commitment to the cause and Google?Apple Translate, we managed to get it all done and the travelling party was happy as clams.

My room was a fancy one and was great - the kind of room one walks into and thinks "yessss" and prompts a little mental fist bump.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fancy and the sea (well, bay) view was sweet.

Never made it to the rooftop pub (cute!!) but the facilities were good (including the free nosebag (that's for my boys from Stewart's Melville 1st XV 2000 - 2002!!) in the Business Lounge.

Cons:

Bit of a first-world problem, better EV charging facilities would have been better - as a tourist, trying to figure out the charging stations in a country with an impressive and resolute commitment to not speaking English, was virtually impossible. Having the government charging stations (and higher wattage ones) might have been a win.

济州格拉贝尔酒店的房间还不错，位置也很便利，就是收取入住押金感觉很不好！
Pros:

济州格拉贝尔酒店的地理位置非常好，酒店旁边和对面就是公交车站，去景点游玩非常方便。我们这次预定的是日出豪华双床间，每天拉开窗帘就能看到大海，心情立马舒畅清爽！酒店旁边和附近有CU等便利店和麦当劳，吃早餐、买零食、买水果都特别方便。

Cons:

不满意的就是——入住的时候，前台女服务员要我们交10000韩元现金做为押金，还不给开具收据。退房的时候，前台的男服务员面无表情地让我们等10分钟再退押金，可我们亲眼看到，在我们前面退房的两位说韩语的大妈和在我们之后退房的一对带小朋友同样说韩语的三口小夫妻都交了房卡就走人了，没有退押金的步骤，不知道押金是针对外国游客，还是针对中国游客，心里很是不爽，不舒服！
