Pleasant stay. Great gym and pool facilities.

فندق نظيف وجديد يصلح للافراد والعوائل في منطقة هادئة ولكنه بعيد نسبيا عن مركز المدينة والاماكن السياحية ولديه طاقم متعاون.. اقامة قصيرة لكنها جيدة

البعد عن مركز المدينة وعدم وجود ثلاجة واماكن لوضع الشنط في الغرفة كما ان التكييف يحتاج الى تقوية

Medelmåttig - och sett till priset dåligt.
Pros:

Vissa i personalen var bra. Bra sängar.

Cons:

En personal var sur och otrevlig. Ville inte hjälpa oss med tv:n - när han inte kunde lösa problemet drog han en uppenbar lögn och gick. Riktigt dåligt bemötande. Toan spolade konstant vatten. Hotellet avskyr barn och har 500 regler som gör att barn inte borde eller känner sig välkomna. Skulle inte åka tillbaka till Village hotel i första taget. Valde likvärdig konkurrent till våra nätter i Aberdeen.

Pros:

Buen hotel, muy atentos, algo lejos del centro però bien comunicado en bus.Parada justo al lado del hotel y cada poco poco pasan varias lineas de bus.

Pros:

Check im staff member was lovely young lady and very helpful. Morning desk staff member helped greatly with parking issue, much appreciated and above and beyond. Room very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Only 2 cups and glasses for 3 guests.

.OK because of location but a lot below the standard we would have expected based on price
Pros:

Good bed, reasonable shower but bathroom not well facilitated- shelves and shower screen.Reception staff were efficient but not openly friendly. Breakfast buffet was 'just'

Cons:

This facility is a tourism winner for many due only to location. Poor representation by staff generally and housekeeping in particular where our 'room refresh' sign went on the door as we went out at about 9.45am and was still there at 7.00pm with room unserviced. Also issues at breakfast both days with several elements unavailable or not replenished in a timely fashion. Breakfast food was not very well presented.

A very welcoming place
Pros:

I did like the hotel, room and facilities, especially the swimming pool which was very family friendly. Had great time there with my wife and 18 months old son. Location too is good as just out of the city centre.
A special thank goes to all the staff, which was very welcoming and helpful, especially Adrian at the reception.

Lovely staff member called Ben
Pros:

I must say, when I went for a coffee here recently, I lovely young man served me. He was very polite, smiling, and chatting away to not only myself but to other customers too. His name was Ben. I will definitely be back as he cheered me up after I'd been having such a rubbish few days.

Great place for city break with family
Pros:

Great location. Nice and comfy room.
Plenty of entertaiment with big tv screen, gym and swimming pool.
Very welcoming staff at reception, helpful to plan visit to city centre. Thanks to Adrian to make our stay unforgettable!
