Great hotel with great staff
Pros:

The check-in time. I know it's a global thing, and all the hotels around the world do the same but still, the lack of flexibility represents an inconvenience to us.

Just ok. Wouldn’t rush back.

Cons:

Staff. Cold restaurant. Poor facilities in our family room. Only one chair for three of us. Only one tiny table. Lack of sockets. First time we went to the pool, we got in no problem but on the second day we were challenged in public by a rude member of staff who said we did not have free access to the pool. We were told to go round to reception and were charged.

Très bien situer, proche d'un arrêt de bus et parking à proximité, belle établissement avec ascenseur, litterie confortable, chambre agréable !

Cons:

Parking payant ! (Comme beaucoup de parking en Écosse), télévision légèrement ancienne !
