5 star at a 3 star price!
Pros:

Mr and Mrs Agung and all the staff go out of their way to assist. The rooms are tidy and the facilities exactly right for the very good price. This is my sixth visit to Agung Residence, and the standard has never dropped. Thank you, I am looking forward to my next visit already!

Bon hotel
Pros:

Le personnel est tres gentil et accueillant, les chambres et salle de bain sont grandes, et confortables.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas trop apprecié l'emplacement. Le restaurant pour le petit dejeuner est tres lent, surtout lorsqu'on doit partir en excursion. L'hotel est sur plusieurs étages sans ascensseur, le personnel aide cependant à monter les bagages.

Heel fijn hotel
Pros:

Hele lieve host, op en top vriendelijk en zo ontzettend gastvrij. Al het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De bedden sliepen echt heel erg comfortabel en het was zeer stil. Na onze nachtvlucht van 12 uur konden we hier heel goed uitrusten.
