Pros:

Tesis ortalama bir otel fiyat performans oteli. Odanın fotoğraflarını çektim. Benim deneyimim ne yazık ki olumsuz oldu. Otelin potansiyelinden değil orada ki insanların potansiyelsizliğinden. İlk başta Başka bir otelde yer ayırtmıştım ama orada uyumam mümkün olmadığı için acilen booking.com dan bu oteli ayırttım ve tesise erken giriş yapmak istediğimi belirten bir mesaj attım. Bali de ilk gecemdi zaten uçağım geç inmişti diğer otele gece 2 gibi gittim ve otel içler acısıydı çok yorgundum bir an önce uyumak istedim ve anung residance otele mesaj attım erken giriş için. Bana cevap vermediler bende şansımı denedim ve otele gittim bir çalışan taksiye yaklaştı ona rezervasyonum var erken giriş yapabilir miyim dedim evet dedi. Taksiden indim . (Sabah saat 05:00 am) rezervasyon bölümüne geçtiğimizde personel bana şimdi giriş yaparsam 12:00 (pm) de çıkış yapmam gerektiğini söyledi. Ona erken check in için ekstra ödeme yapacağımı söyledim o yine aynı şeyi söyledi. Erken giriş olayını anlamadıklarını düşünüyorum iki aydır Asya’da geziyorum çok erken check in yaptım ekstra ücret ödeyerek. Ayrıca seneler önce mısır da da yaptım , Hindistan da yaptım. Beni anlamadığı için ona çeviri programı üzerinden Endonezya dilinde güzelce derdimi anlattım gayet açıklayıcı anlattım hatta ekstra ücret ödeyeceğimi hatta bir gecelik konaklama ücretinin yarısını ödeyeceğimi yazdım. Okudu bana tamam dedi ve sadece bir gecelik ücreti ödememi söyledi ekstra ücret istemiyor musun dedim hayır dedi. Ne iyi insanlar dedim içimden . Sonra odaya geçtim ve hemen uyudum .12:00 (pm) da bir çalışan kapıma dayandı ve check out saatim geldiğini söyledi. Yani check in imden 5-6 saat sonra . Aşağıya indim bir kadın önce gayet cana yakın güler yüzle beni karşıladı ona dün gece yanlış anlaşıldım sanırım ben personele erken checkin için talepte bulundum ekstra ücret teklif ettim kabul etmedi beni odaya aldı şimdi erken giriş için ödeme yapabilir miyim dedim.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec ambiance Balinaises, et vraiment tous le monde est à vos petits soins. Piscine, eau chaude, cuisine, location de scooter. Tout y est pour satisfaire le séjour. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir.
