朝ごはんとレストランのローストダックも
美味しかった。

Cons:

地元の方に喫煙マナーがなく、灰皿が無くてもどこででも、タバコを吸うので、終始喉が痛くなる。部屋のトイレが、掃除の人がタバコを吸ったようで、苦しかった。
近くにコンビニやレストランがない。

nice stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Room was new and nice. Staff was super friendly. Food was decent and I really liked it. Even I did a late check in around 12 AM, but still get upgraded to a high floor room.

Zeer goed Hotel om in Tianjin te verblijven.
Pros:

Kamers zijn zoals je verwacht bij Hyatt Hotels. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

Bar/restaurant hadden een selectie bier op het menu staan, waarvan ze er eigenlijk maar 1 hadden en waren helaas niet koud ook.
Kan ook te maken hebben met een event wat gaande was in het hotel.

Great experience and the best Hyatt Regency lounge in China

I’ve stayed at the Tianjin Hyatt every summer for the past few years, and it never fails to impress. The level of service remains consistently high—from the cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options and the warm hospitality from every staff member.

What makes each visit even more special is the personal touch. The lounge staff always recognize me and greet me like an old friend, making me feel right at home. I’d especially like to thank Victoria from the lounge, who went out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable and personalized stay. Her attentiveness and genuine warmth truly elevated my experience.

Hyatt continues to deliver excellence, and I look forward to returning again next summer.

Happy and enjoyable stay
Pros:

On the first day of our stay, we consulted the Hyatt Club Lounge staff due to temperature setting issues. The manager was very patient in helping us find a better floor. The front desk also helped me print and copy some work notes. In addition the morning breakfast is very enjoyable!
