Pessoal excelente e instalações ótimas!!
Pros:

A localização é muito legal!!

Cons:

Talvez pudesse ter uma limpeza melhor… tivemos insetos no quarto… e avisem que devemos ligar para hotel assim que estacionarmos fora da cidade… pois ficamos sem saber o que fazer!!

Pros:

Top Lage mit tollem Blick, sehr gutes Essen.

Cons:

Im Bad roch es muffig und war sehr klein. Es gab fast keine Ablagefläche.

Wohnen in den Burgmauern und das Alter der wunderbar erhaltenen Bauten schätzen
Pros:

Eine wunderbare Erfahrung innerhalb der Burgmauern zu Wohnen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, unter Wahrung des Alters der Bauten, gehalten. Neben der leckeren Verpflegung in der Pousada gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der nächsten Umgebung zu essen. Ein Spaziergang auf den Zinnen mit Sicht auf das Dorf sowie auf die Umgebung ausserhalb der Mauern bleibt in langer Erinnerung. Autos müssen ausserhalb der Anlage abgestellt werden. Die Pousada hat einen Shuttle-Service mit Elektrowagegn.

Cons:

Über das Wochenende hat es sehr viele Leute in der Gassen gegeben.

Místo bylo pěkné, snídaně výborná. Personál opravdu velmi ochotný.

Cons:

Poměr ceny a poskytnuté služby je opravdu nesmyslný, výhled na chodník, zařízení, hluk z vedlejších pokojů, parkování.

We felt like royalty!
Pros:

The valet who took care of us was beyond helpful: so kind when we were tired, knowledgeable about the castle and the town, and insightful with how to fix our bank problems.

It was lovely and a real treat.
Pros:

Lovely location, staff and food.

Cons:

We did not have a card that worked to get to the communal lounge area. We told staff and a new one was not delivered. The bathroom door was clear which did not allow for privacy in the room.

Pros:

We stayed here for our honeymoon but wanted to return 30 years later to stay in the tower room. Very unique lodging experience in a castle. Great location to explore the town off peak hours. Food at the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Be prepared for descending the very steep stairs in the room with a rope rail. But we knew about this when we booked. The restaurant food was excellent, but the staff were very confused at times bringing out the wrong things. Should have more experience working at a place like this

Pros:

Staff was excellent. Quiet, clean, and great location.

Cons:

No counter in the bathroom. Pedestal sink. Only queen bed. 2nd person slept on sofa bed which was comfortable.

Vc não fica exatamente no castelo como é falado/vendido. O quarto fica em anexo ao castelo. O café da manhã é muito ruim, com café frio😢

A very special place.
Pros:

The location was spectacular. We did a walk around the castle walls at dusk, with swallows dipping and diving around us We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Throughout our stay the staff could not have been more helpful, advising us about our onward journey and giving us a lift to the bus stop at the end of our stay.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and dark but this was not an issue.
