The location was like entering paradise. Close to the river, beautiful grounds, great location. The accomadation was incredibly comfortable.

Me encanto hospedarme en este hotel. Practicamente estas dentro del bosque, tienes un rio imponente a 30 metros.
La atencion del personal del hotel, maravillosa.
Las habitaciones muy confortables.
Estas cerca de termas, saltos, rios y paisajes inolvidables.

The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, adjusting to our early morning schedule for breakfast and regularly checking that all was going well for us.

The best hotel we have been staying on our trip to Chile. Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, quiet rooms, good bed, lots of space and secure parking.

Lovely location in a peaceful forest just off the main road.
We had a lovely ground floor room with an outdoor patio. The room was large, bed comfortable, there settee and chair so easy to enjoy the space and the bathroom was good. (Worth noting that here, as in other places in Chile, the toilet paper should go in the bin, not the toilet!)
The breakfasts were large and had various options to please most people. Dinners are available and there is a nearby restaurant recommended by the owners which was a delight, Arbol.
The staff are outstanding. Carolina and Julia in reception were fonts of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. The owners, Elizabeth and Bernard, were very helpful and friendly.
There is a lovely pool on site, pool towels provided. There are also seven cabanas on the land, all privately sited and with lots of space around them.

Momentos inesquecíveis num local lindo, com o Rio Pucon ao fundo é uma vista maravilhosa do vulcão Villarrica. Atendimento excepcional da Caroline. Loft grande e com uma cama/colchão espetacular.

Wonderful host, very helpful with recommendations for the area. Comfortable room. Best breakfast buffet we had in Chile. I would stay here again.

A pousada é muito bem cuidada, e fica numa área muito bela a uns 10 minutos do centro de Pucón (todo em asfalto). O quarto superior é ótimo, bem aconchegante, com uma excelente cama, e muito tranquilo. A calefação funciona a contento. O chuveiro é forte e esquenta bastante. O café da manhã é ótimo, tem tudo o que você precisa para suportar um bom dia de caminhadas. Inclusive, por dois dias houve até queijo de cabra à disposição! A área do Parque Metreñehue é fantástica, muito verde, muitas flores, um rio muito bonito a alguns metros de caminhada, e uma bela vista do vulcão Rucapillán (ou Villarica). Tem um restaurante, que funciona mediante reserva prévia (não utilizamos). Quanto ao atendimento: é apenas correto, à exceção da administradora Carolina, que foi uma excepcional anfitriã! Muito solícita e simpática, explicou detalhadamente tudo o que havia a fazer na região, dando dicas preciosas.
Em resumo, recomendo a todos. É uma fantástica opção em Pucón.
