A great place to stay in Songdo for a business traveler.
Pros:

Location. Cleanliness. Comfort. Space. TV channels. Housekeeping staff. Great views. Well maintained and managed building. Parking. Excellent check out time, and if needed, late checkout rates.

Cons:

Although the check-in staff member was professional, they did not convey hospitality or welcome. The experience was more so transactional, which probably works for some people. Notably, I have previously checked in and interacted with other staff of the hotel that were exceptional, hence my return. The housekeeping staff have always been excellent.
