The air conditioner is non properly funtion. Need to request to change room.
New room need to wait more than 1 hour only that can feel the air cond.

Excellent experience with this Guesthouse which is super clean, and the owners, Pekka and Angela, are super nice and helpful.

Angela welcomed us with a warm greeting upon our arrival. Just like at home, with everything being taken care of properly. No worries at all.

The room is very clean and cozy with suitable air-con., a balcony, a cabinet and a safe inside the wardrobe. A portable clothes rack is also provided for hanging our laundries inside the room or in the balcony. Can get hot and cold water from the water dispenser in the lobby. Can borrow a hair dryer upon request. Almost everything you need can be provided.

Suitable for English or Chinese speaking travellers.

Remarkable services ! Pekka helped us book a taxi at a reasonable price (800 THB) for a return trip to Khao Ngon Nak. Upon our departure, Angela helped us find a suitable songthaew (only 50 THB per person) to our next guesthouse in Krabi Town, and saw us off in front of her Guesthouse.

Frankly speaking, I still miss Angela and Pekka. Living Room Guesthouse is highly recommendable if you travel to Ao Nang.

Loved it here, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, the place was immaculately clean and the bedroom was very comfortable. As with most places in Asia the bathroom was a wet room but this didn't bother me. Only downside was it's a good 25-30 minute walk to the beach, but I think that's reflected in the price of the room and there are loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.

Perfect. this hotel was a great deal. We really enjoyed the owners company and our stay. This is not the the Ritz-Carlton. but it's an excellent stay for the money and you couldn't ask for a better company. We were automatically upgraded because it was a free room with a view. the new owners are putting a lot of work into making it a comfortable stay with nice attributes. The owner allowed me to use his guitar and even offered to bring an amp up for me to play it through. Their kitchen wasn't fully set up yet but they still cooked us a magnificent breakfast because hotels.com listed it as breakfast available. it's in a good part of town. it was quiet, clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Get a scooter and you'll be set. there is a market nearby. Grocery stores. easily accessible bars and food and money exchange. if you have a problem, then your problem is with yourself.
