Perfect budget hotel, everything you need and more, a reliable stay overall. Would 100% stay again

Staff were so friendly. very clean. pool area spotless, often had the pool to ourselves. breakfast was good, lots of options including thai and western food (english brekkie ect). Room was spacious and aircon was brilliant. Would stay again 100%

Pros:

The pool was nice, the location was good. It was adequate

Cons:

The maid arrived too early in the morning. coffee and water was left inconsistently. The food was not to our taste. I was charged for a towel as they couldn't get a mark out, which makes me wonder about all the laundry.

Helpful staff on reception apart from my argument about the minibar
Pros:

The staff on reception were very helpful and printed off some documents for me

Cons:

The staff on reception told me that a mini bar in the room I had booked was only for information às I didn't have one although Booking.com said I did!
I said I had a double bed, was that only for information, I asked?Helpful
